المستخلص: L’équipe nationale Algérienne a séduit au dernier mondial, mais on lui reproche une composante formée à l’étranger, chose qui est vraie et amère pour une Algérie indépendante depuis plus de cinquante ans et qui a investi dans le domaine sportif en général et dans le football en particulier.
L’avènement du professionnalisme du football en Algérie dicte aux entraineurs, aux joueurs et aux équipes en général un niveau élevé pour répondre aux attentes d’unpublic des plus exigeant d’un côté et justifier les dépenses colossales et les salaires faramineux que touchent ces derniers de l’autre.
Nous, enseignants et spécialistes du domaine de la performance, avons la lourde responsabilité de montrer le chemin qui mène à ce haut niveau.
Le Bayern de Munich, club détenteur de cinq titres nationaux et internationaux 2013/2014, nous a semblé la meilleure référence de la très haute performance, dont nous allons essayer d’analyser, pour en tirer les meilleurs profits d’optimisation de chaque facteur de cette performance.
Cette banque de données analysées, passées au crible va nous servir à planifier, à moduler l’entrainement selon les normes du haut niveau.

The Algerian national team has emerged in the last World Cup, but we are not happy for its human composition, which has been developed in Europe, despite the great efforts made by the Algerian State in the field of sports in general and football in particular. The adoption of a professional policy by the Algerian State requires a greater effort by all to meet new challenges and raise the level of our players and sports in general. Therefore, the specialists should have the greatest responsibility of lighting the way in order to reach a high level. In Bayern Munich, the European champion and the owner of five titles in 2013/14, we had the ideal example for sporting excellence. Through the analysis of study findings, we have developed a rich collection of information that will help us guide and program the training according to international standards.

لقد برز الفريق الوطني الجزائري ايما بروز في كأس العالم الأخيرة إلا أننا نعيب عليه تركيبته البشرية التي تكونت في أوروبا، رغم المجهودات الجبارة التي بذلتها الدولة الجزائرية في الميدان الرياضي عموماً وكرة القدم بوجه خاص. أن اعتمد الدولة الجزائرية سياسة الاحتراف يتطلب من الجميع مجهود أكبر لمواجهة التحديات الجديدة والرفع من مستوى لاعبينا ورياضتنا عموماً. ما استوجب علينا نحن الأخصائيون المسؤولية الكبرى والتي تتمثل في إضاءة الطريق لبلوغ المستوى العالي، فكانت لنا في فريق بايرن ميونيخ، بطل أوروبا والحاصل على خمسة القاب سنة 2013/ 2014، المثل الأعلى في التفوق الرياضي. ومن خلال دراستنا التحليلية لنتائجه، استخلصنا بنكا ثرياً للمعلومات التي من شانها أن تساعدنا على توجيه وبرمجة التدريب حسب ضوابط المستوى العالي الدولي.
