|a يهدف البحث إلى قياس إنتاجية الأستاذ الجامعي بكلية الاقتصاد والعلوم السياسية بجامعة مصراتة خلال الفترة الزمنية من الفصل الدراسي خريف (2007/2008) إلى الفصل الدراسي ربيع (2016)، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الكمي من خلال الأسلوب القياسي، وذلك باستخدام البرامج الإحصائية (Gretl, SPSS). \\ وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن مساهمة عضو هيئة التدريس كانت إيجابية بصفة عامة في زيادة معدل نمو الخريجين حيث بلغت نسبة (61%) من معدل نمو الخريجين بالكلية, وكانت الإنتاجية الحدية لعضو هيئة التدريس موجبة خلال كامل فترة الدراسة, وهو ما يدل على أن إضافة أي عضو هيئة تدريس تسبب في زيادة عدد الخريجين, كما تبين أن هناك انخفاضا كبيرا في نسبة عدد الكتب لكل طالب مقارنة بكليات أخرى.

|f The research aimed to measure the productivity of the university professor at the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences at Misurata University during the period from the autumn of the academic semester (2007/2008) to the spring of the academic semester (2016). To achieve this goal, the analytical descriptive and quantitative approaches were used through the standard method by using statistical software programs (Gretl, SPSS). \nThe research found a number of results, the most important of which is that the contribution of the faculty member was generally positive in increasing the rate of growth of graduates, which amounted (61%) of the growth rate of graduates in the faculty. The marginal productivity of the faculty member was positive throughout the study period, indicating that the addition of any faculty member caused the increase in the number of graduates. It also was clarified that there is a significant decrease in the percentage of the books number per student compared to other colleges. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
