هدفت الدراسة الى تقصي درجة رضا طلبة كلية الآداب جامعة مصراته عن الاشراف الأكاديمي، ولتحقيق ذلك تم اعداد استبانة وزعت على عينة قوامها (73) طالبا وطالبه من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (295) طالبا وطالبه ممن هم في مرحلة الفصول المتقدمة من الدراسة، اي ما يعادل نسبة (25%)، منهم (22) ذكرا و(51) انثى في فصل الخريف 2016-2017. وللإجابة عن اسئلة الدراسة تم استخدام اختبار (ت) لمتوسط مجموعة واحدة للتعرف على السمة المميزة لدرجة رضا طلبة كلية الآداب بجامعة مصراته عن الاشراف الأكاديمي. واختبار (ت) للفرق بين متوسط مجموعتين مستقلتين لمعرفة دلالة الفروق في درجة الرضا عن الاشراف الأكاديمي لدى طلبة كلية الآداب بجامعة مصراته تعزى لمتغير الجنس. واستخدم معامل ارتباط الرتب لسبيرمان لمعرفة دلالة العلاقة الارتباطية بين درجة الرضا عن الاشراف الأكاديمي والمعدل التراكمي. واظهرت الدراسة درجة رضا مرتفعة لدى الطالبات ومتوسطة لدى الطلبة الذكور على اداة الدراسة وابعادها، وكشفت النتائج عن فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في درجة رضا الطلبة عن الاشراف الأكاديمي تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الاناث، كما كشفت عن وجود فروق دالة بين طلبة اقسام الكلية في درجة الرضا عن الاشراف الأكاديمي حيث جاءت لصالح طلبة قسم التربية
The study aimed at finding the degree of satisfaction of the students of the Faculty of Arts Misurata University for the supervision of the academic community, and to this end has been the preparation of identification were distributed to a sample of,73 male and female students from the study society of (295) 14,423 students who are at the stage of developed chapters of the study, the equivalent of a proportion (25%), of whom (22) male and (51) female in the autumn in 2016-2017. For answering the questions of the study was the use of test (v) Average one group to identify the hallmark of the degree of satisfaction of the students of the Faculty of Arts Misurata University for the supervision of the academic community. Testing and (v) the difference between the average two separate sets to know the significance of the differences in the degree of satisfaction on the academic supervision to the students of the Faculty of Arts at the University of misrata attributable variable sex. Use the link laboratories spar man level to know the significance of relational database relationship between the degree of satisfaction for the supervision of the academic community and the accrual rate. The study showed the degree of Reza high among female students and medium to male students to study tool and dimensions of the results revealed for the differentials of statistical significance in the degree of Reza students for the supervision of academic attributable variable sex for the benefit of female, also revealed that a function of the differences between the students of the college sections in the degree of satisfaction on the academic supervision where came in favor of the students of the Department of Education.
