المستخلص: The aim of this research is to identify the satisfaction of the students of the Fourth Faculty of Education about the process of educational supervision provided to them in the course of practical education, as well as their expectations. For this purpose, the researcher developed a double standard for the measurement of educational supervision and its application to the same (140) And an educational qualification diploma. In addition to the standard, a series of questions were collected to collect .demographic data The results of the study revealed that the students of the grade teacher and the educational qualification diploma are satisfied with .the educational supervision The results showed that the students are satisfied with the humanitarian aspect of the supervisor by his treatment and his .credibility with the students and their respect for them The results also show that students are satisfied with the information the supervisor has but at a lower level than the .method of dealing with them The results also showed that students were satisfied with the ease of communication with the supervisor but at a lower level .than the previous ones The results indicated that the sex variable had no effect on the satisfaction of the sample members of the study on educational .supervision (the general measure) or any of its three interlocutors As for the school year variable, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the students of the grade teacher and the students of the educational .qualification diploma Finally, the study showed that students supervised by professors with a higher educational qualification are more satisfied with educational supervision compared to their peers who are supervised by less qualified professors.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مدى رضا طلاب كلية التربية الرابعة عن عملية الإشراف التربوي المقدمة لهم في مقرر التربية العملية، وكذلك توقعاتهم منها، ولهذه الغاية قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة لقياس الإشراف التربوي وتطبيقه على عينة قوامها (140) طالبا وطالبة موزعين بين اختصاص معلم صف ودبلوم تأهيل تربوي، وتم بالإضافة إلى المقياس توجيه مجموعة من الأسئلة لجمع البيانات الديموغرافية. وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن طلبة معلم الصف ودبلوم التأهيل التربوي راضيين بدرجة كافية عن الإشراف التربوي. وبينت النتائج أن الطلبة راضون عن الجانب الإنساني للمشرف بتعامله ومصداقيته مع الطلبة ومدى احترامه لهم. وكذلك أوضحت النتائج أيضا أن الطلبة راضون عن المعلومات التي يمتلكها المشرف ولكن بمستوى أقل من مستوى أسلوب التعامل معهم. وأظهرت النتائج أيضا أن الطلبة راضون عن سهولة التواصل مع المشرف ولكن بمستوى أقل من سابقيه. وأشارت النتائج أن متغير الجنس ليس له تأثير على مدى رضا أفراد عينة الدراسة عن الإشراف التربوي (المقياس العام) أو أي من محاوره الثلاثة. وفيما يتعلق بمتغير السنة الدراسية فقد أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طلبة معلم الصف وطلبة دبلوم التأهيل التربوي. وأخيرا بينت الدراسة أن الطلبة الذين يتولى الإشراف عليهم أساتذة يحملون مؤهل علمي عالي أكثر رضا عن الإشراف التربوي مقارنة بأقرانهم الذين يتولى الإشراف عليهم أساتذة مؤهلهم العلمي أقل.
