المستخلص: هدف البحث الراهن إلى التحقق من أثر تفاعل كل من الذكاء الروحي والسعادة على جودة حياة العمل لدى عينة من معلمي التربية الخاصة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (332) من معلمي التربية الخاصة من محافظتي الفيوم وبني سويف تم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة عليهم والمتمثلة في: مقياس مؤشرات جودة حياة العمل (إعداد: الباحث)، ومقياس مؤشرات الشعور بالسعادة (إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس الذكاء الروحي (إعداد: الباحث). هذا وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، الدراسة السببية المقارنة، وخلصت نتائج البحث إلى النتائج التالية: وجود تأثير دال إحصائياً لتفاعل كل من الذكاء الروحي والسعادة على جودة حياة العمل لدى عينة البحث من معلمي التربية الخاصة. وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة موجبة بين متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس جودة حياة العمل ودرجاتهم على مقياس الذكاء الروحي. ووجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة موجبة بين متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس جودة حياة العمل ودرجاتهم على مقياس السعادة. لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث من معلمي المكفوفين ومعلمي الصم ومعلمي التربية الفكرية على مقياس جودة حياة العمل. يوجد فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث من معلمي المكفوفين ومعلمي الصم ومعلمي التربية الفكرية على مقياس الذكاء الروحي. لا يوجد فروق دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث من معلمي المكفوفين ومعلمي الصم ومعلمي التربية الفكرية على مقياس السعادة. يوجد فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث من مرتفعي ومنخفضي جودة حياة العمل على مقياس الذكاء الروحي. يوجد فروق دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث من مرتفعي ومنخفضي جودة حياة العمل على مقياس السعادة. يسهم الذكاء الروحي في التنبؤ بجودة حياة العمل لدى عينة البحث من معلمي التربية الخاصة. تسهم السعادة في التنبؤ بجودة حياة العمل لدى عينة البحث من معلمي التربية الخاصة. يحقق نموذج تحليل المسار للعلاقة بين كل من الذكاء الروحي والسعادة وجودة حياة العمل معايير جودة حسن المطابقة للنموذج المفترض.

The main purpose of the present study is to identify the impact of the interaction of both spiritual intelligence and happiness on the quality of work life in a sample of special education teachers. The sample of the present study consisted of (332) from Special Education Teachers at Fayoum and Beni Suef governorates. Three measures were applied: the indicators of quality of work life scale (prepared by the researcher), the indicators of the sense of happiness scale (prepared by the researcher) and spiritual intelligence scale (prepared by the researcher).The researcher adopted the descriptive approach - causal-comparative study. Findings revealed that: There are statistically significant effect of the interaction of both spiritual intelligence and happiness on the quality of work life in the sample of special education teachers. Here is a positive positive relationship between the average score of the members of the research sample on the quality of work life and their scores on the scale of spiritual intelligence. There is a positive correlation between the mean scores of the sample of the research sample on the quality of work life and their degrees on the happiness scale. There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample of teacher of hearing impairement, teacher of visual impairement ant teacher of intellectual disability on quality of work life scale. There are astatistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample of teacher of hearing impairement, teacher of visual impairement ant teacher of intellectual disability on spiritual intelligence scale. There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample of teacher of hearing impairement, teacher of visual impairement ant teacher of intellectual disability on happiness scale. There are statistically significant differences between the average of the sample of the research from high and low quality of work life on spiritual intelligence scale. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research sample from high and low quality work life on happiness scale. Spiritual intelligence contributes to predicting the quality of work life in the sample of the research from special education teachers. Happiness contributes to predicting the quality of work life in the sample of the research from special education teachers. The path analysis model for the relationship between spiritual intelligence, happiness and quality of work life achieves good quality standards for conforming to the assumed model.
