المستخلص: استهدف البحث الحالي:- 1. التعرف على دور التربية الوطنية في اكتساب مفهوم المواطنة لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات. 2. التعرف على مدى تحقيق أهداف التربية الوطنية من خلال تدريسها. 3. التعرف على الفروق بين المعلمين والمعلمات في اكتساب مفهوم المواطنة لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية على وفق متغير النوع (ذكور- إناث). 4. التعرف على الفروق بين المعلمين والمعلمات في اكتساب مفهوم المواطنة لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية على وفق متغير التحصيل العلمي (بكالوريوس- معهد). ويقتصر البحث الحالي على معلمين مديرية تربية الكرخ الثالثة محافظة بغداد من كلا الجنسين (ذكر- إناث) والبالغ عددهم (200) معلم ومعلم وقد قامت الباحثة بإيجاد مؤشرات الصدق والثبات للمقياس وبعد تطبيقه على عينة البحث وباستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة تم استخراج النتائج وكما يأتي:- 1. أن للتربية الوطنية دورا في تحديد مفهوم المواطنة. 2. أن للمقررات الدراسية دورا في تنمية مفهوم المواطنة لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية من خلال تدريسها. 3. للمعلم دور في تحقيق أهداف التربية الوطنية واكتساب مفهوم المواطنة لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية من خلال تدريسها. 4. لا توجد فروق بين الذكور والإناث في غرس وتنمية مفهوم المواطنة لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية. 5. لا توجد فروق بين الحاصلين على شهادة البكالوريوس والحاصلين على شهادة المعهد وبناء على نتائج البحث فقد وضعت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Identify the differences between male and female teachers to instill the concept of citizenship and the development of the primary school pupils according to the educational attainment variable (Bachelor – Institute) And limited current research on teachers Directorate breeding Karkh third Baghdad governorate of both sexes (male - females) totaling 200 teachers and teacher The researcher numbers concept of citizenship a measure which items distributed on two consists of (46) The researcher finding validity and reliability of the scale indicators later applied to the sample and using appropriate statistical methods and the results were extracted as follows 1. The National Educational role in defining the concept of citizenship 2. The decisions of the school's role in the development of the concept of citizenship among primary school students through teaching 3. To the teacher's role in achieving the goals of national education and instilling the concept of citizenship among primary school students through teaching 4. differences between males and females do not exist in the implantation and development of the concept of citizenship among primary school pupils 5. There are no differences between those with and obtaining a bachelor's degree at the Institute of testimony in the implantation and development of the concept of citizenship among primary school pupils Based on the research results of the researcher has developed a number of recommendations and proposals
