|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى توافر المعايير المهنية في تدريس العلوم لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة صامطة بمنطقة جازان، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وطبقت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (١٦٥) معلما في المرحلة الابتدائية. وأظهرت النتائج أن الدرجة الكلية للمعيار الأول: إلمام المعلم بالمهارات الأساسية لتدريس العلوم، والتوجهات الحديثة في التربية جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، وأن الدرجة الكلية للمعيار الثاني: إلمام المعلم بطرائق التدريس الخاصة في التربية العلمية جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، وكشفت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة توافر المعايير المهنية في مجال تدريس العلوم تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح فئة ماجستير فأعلى، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة التأكيد على كليات التربية لتبني المعايير المهنية للمعلم في المملكة العربية السعودية في برامج ومناهج إعداد معلمي العلوم، والاهتمام بتقويم أداء المعلمين في ضوء المعايير المهنية للمعلم السعودي وإعداد برامج تدريبية لمعلمي العلوم في ضوء المعايير المهنية.

|b The study aimed to identify the level of availability of professional standards in the teaching of science at primary teachers in Samtah Jazan region, study followed the descriptive survey, and applied the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and reached the study sample (165) teachers in primary schools. The results showed that the total score of the first standard: the teacher knows of basic skills to teach science, modern trends in education came degree (medium), and the total score for the second standard: the teacher knows teaching methods for the scientific education came degree (medium), and the results revealed the existence of differences statistical significance of the degree of availability of professional standards in the field of science teaching according to the variable of educational qualification and for the Masters category and above, and no statistically significant differences depending on years of experience. The most important recommendations of the study emphasize the colleges of education to apply professional standards for teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the programs and curricula preparation of science teachers. And attention to evaluating the performance of teachers in light of the Saudi professional standards for teachers, and the development of training programs for science teachers in the light of professional standards.
