يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن العلاقة والتأثير بين الهندسة النفسية وإنتاجية العمل المعرفي على مستوى عينة من شركه آسيا سيل للاتصالات المتنقلة في العراق، انطلاقاً من مشكلة رئيسة شخصت بعدة تساؤلات تضمنت مدى إدراك العلاقة والأثر بين المتغيرات ميدانياً، ولتجذير الأسس الفلسفية اعتمد البحث أنموذج (2014,Gardner) والذي يتفق مع أنموذج Joey ,2015) Yazdanifard & ) لقياس الهندسة النفسية الذي يتكون من أربعة أبعاد (الآلفة، الوعي الحسي، نتائج التفكير، المرونة السلوكية) وتم عمل جدول لعرض آراء العديد من الباحثين في تحديد أبعاد إنتاجية العمل المعرفي وتم اختيار خمسة أبعاد تمثل أعلى نسب اتفاق بين الباحثين في قياس إنتاجية العمل المعرفي (الابتكار المستمر، التعلم والتدريب المستمر، تكوين المعرفة، عمال المعرفة، تعزيز بيئة العمل المعرفي). وقد اعتمدت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة في جمع بيانات ومعلومات البحث فضلاً عن بعض المقابلات الشخصية مع أفراد العينة الذين تمثلوا بمجموعة من القادة والتابعين في شركة زين العراق عينة البحث بلغ عددهم (225) فرداً توزعوا بواقع (34) قائد (أعضاء مجلس إدارة ومدراء أقسام وفروع ومدير مفوض) و(191) تابع، في محافظات (بغداد، النجف، كربلاء، بابل، القادسية) ولغرض التحليل والمعالجة الإحصائية استعمل البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج للبحث، وقد استخدمت هذه الأساليب عن طريق البرامج الإحصائية (22.SPSS V). وقد تم التوصل من خلال البحث إلى استنتاجات عديدة كان من أهمها اهتمام القادة والتابعين في شركة آسيا سيل للاتصالات عينة البحث بنظام الهندسة النفسية الذي يعتبر من النظم الحديثة نسبياً التي اخذ العمل بها ومزج أهدافها وأسسها مع الكثير من مفاهيم وأسس النظم الأخرى واستخراج المحصلة لهذا المزج الذي يهدف إلى إيجاد نظام أكثر تطوراً للعمل بها، والهندسة النفسية تعمل أساساً على تركيب النفس الإنسانية والتعامل معها بوسائل وأساليب عملية مؤثرة بالإدراك والتصور والأفكار والشعور وبالتالي بالسلوك والمهارات والأداء الإنساني، والتي من شأنها أن تعزز العوامل التي تساهم في دعم صناع المعرفة وقدرتهم على تكوين المعرفة الذي أصبحت مورداً استراتيجياً وسلاحاً تنافسيا يشكل قوة فاعلة في بناء المنظمات القائمة على استخدام الموارد المعرفية وذلك من خلال توافر العقول المتميزة بذكائها وقدرتها على استثمار باقي الموارد وتسخيرها لصالح توسيع الدعامة التنافسية لمنظمات الأعمال، حيث إن بناء قاعدة فكرية تمثل التزاما كبيرا للإدارة العليا من تهيئة بيئة معرفية لها دور كبير في بناء وتوجيه أبعاد العمل المعرفي من اجل تعزيز وزيادة إنتاجية العمل المعرفي.
