المستخلص: يعد عبد الحميد بورايو من أهم النقاد العرب والجزائريين الذين عملوا على ترسيخ الممارسة النقدية السيميائية في النقد العربي عبر تبني مشروع نقدي قائم على الانفتاح على الحداثة النقدية الغربية دون إلغاء خصوصية البيئة النقدية العربية، والنص العربي المطبق عليه. من هنا تأتي هذه الدراسة للكشف عن معالم النقد السيميائي عند عبد الحميد بورايو، وإبراز الآليات التي انتهجها أثناء القراءة السيميائية لمختلف النصوص السردية، مع بيان خصوصيات تلقيه لهذا المنهج النسقي الحداثي.

La sémiotique est l'une des méthodes linguistiques modernes qui ont bouleversé les études critiques littéraires: elle a libéré le texte littéraire des critères externes (sociaux, historiques, psychologique,…) qui l'ont rendu un simple corpus sémantique à travers leurs explications et interprétations si arbitraires, l'a rendu plus indépendant en dévoilant les différents systèmes linguistiques et les formes relationnelles à l'intérieur du discours littéraire. Aussi, Les études critiques arabes n'étaient pas à l'abri de ces changements si profonds: les critiques arabes contemporains avaient déjà adopté la sémiotique et veillé à sa mise en pratique dans les discours littéraire arabes Abdelhamide Bourayou est l'un des critiques les plus connus en Algérie. Il a participé à la création de la critique sémiotique en Algérie et dans la nation arabe. C'est pourquoi on met en exergue son expérience dans ladite spécialité tout en dévoilant les spécificités de son apprentissage et de sa mise en pratique sur les textes arabes.

Abdelhamid Borayo is one of the most important Arab and Algerian critics who worked to entrench the Semiotic Critical practice in the Arab currency by adopting a critical project based on openness to Western critical modernity without eliminating the specificity of the Arab critical environment and the Arabic text applied to it. This is where this study comes to reveal the features of the semiotic criticism of Abdelhamid Borayo and To highlight the mechanisms he used during the semiotic reading of various narrative texts, and to explain the peculiarities of his receipt of this modernist methodology.
