|b Based on the theory of Cultural Trauma in deriving the damages inflicted on the prerogatives of Jordanian national identity, this study aimed at revealing the effect of the burdens of Syrian refugees on revitalizing the Jordanian national identity prerogatives. Three types of prerogatives were derived, which represented the basis of measurement on which the study instrument was based as well as the sentiments and judgments associated with the injury to national identity. The three prerogatives are as follows: first, the services; second, the economy; and third, the security. The study was conducted on a sample of (400) Jordanian householders (eastern Jordanians) who live in AL-ratja and AL-mafraq, the two cities in the north of Jordan, which are flooded with Syrian refugees. The results showed that Jordanian citizens have negative feelings and judgments toward the Syrian refugees. In addition, the burdens of Syrian refugees have obviously revitalized the prerogatives of national identity for Jordanian citizens, who stressed that their prerogatives (services, economy, and security) were adversely affected by the exodus of Syrian refugees. The amount of services offered to Jordanian citizens declined and became even difficult to obtain. The economic prerogatives were also adversely affected by the reduction of employment opportunities and the high cost of living in general. Similarly, security prerogatives were traumatized by the aggravation of social problems and the violation of the values and morals of the community. Jordanian citizens stressed their priority and right to obtain these prerogatives on the basis of their national identity.

|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الأعباء التي ألقاها اللجوء السوري على المواطنين الأردنيين في تنشيط استحقاقات الهوية الوطنية الأردنية، وقد استندت الدراسة إلى نظرية التروما الثقافية في اشتقاق الأضرار التي لحقت بالاستحقاقات المتعلقة بالهوية الوطنية؛ حيث اشتقت ثلاثة استحقاقات مثلت ركيزة القياس التي استندت إليها أداة الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى المشاعر والأحكام المرتبطة بجرح الهوية الوطنية، وهذه الاستحقاقات هي؛ أولاً: الاستحقاق الخدماتي. ثانيا: الاستحقاق الاقتصادي. ثالثاً: الاستحقاق الأمني. أجريت الدراسة على عينة مؤلفة من (400) رب أسرة أردني (شرق أردني) من مدينتي الرمثا والمفرق اللتين تزدحمان باللاجئين السوريين. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن المواطنين الأردنيين، يمتلكون مشاعر وأحكاما قيمية سلبية إزاء اللجوء السوري، كما أظهرت النتائج أن اللجوء السوري قد نشط استحقاقات الهوية الوطنية الأردنية على نحو واضح حيث أكد المواطنين تضرر استحقاقاتهم الخدماتية، بتقلص حجم الخدمات التي يتلقاها المواطن الأردني بالإضافة إلى صعوبة الحصول عليها، وتضررت الاستحقاقات الاقتصادية، من خلال اختزال فرص العمل وغلاء المعيشة بوجه عام. وكذلك الأمر بالنسبة إلى الاستحقاقات الأمنية؛ حيث تضررت من خلال تفاقم المشكلات الاجتماعية وانتهاك قيم المجتمع وأخلاقياته. وأكدوا أولويتهم وأحقيتهم بهذه الاستحقاقات انطلاقا من هويتهم الوطنية وإحساسهم بجرحها.
