المستخلص: تعد عملية تدريب الطلاب المعلمين شعبة اللغة الألمانية إحدى القضايا التي تلقي اهتماما من كليات التربية على المستوى المحلي والعالمي في ظل العصر الرقمي حيث ساهمت تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تغير ملامح النظام التعليمي بعناصره المختلفة ومنها المعلم. وتشكل تطبيقات الانترنت ومنها البودكاست والفيديوكاست وسيلة لزيادة فرص التعلم الذاتي والبحث عن النصوص السمعية المبسطة لاستخدامها في تدريس اللغة الألمانية.
ويهدف البحث الحالي الي تحديد المهارات اللازمة لطلاب الفرقة الثالثة بشعبة اللعة الألمانية بكلية التربية جامعة حلوان لاستخدام الوسائط التكنولوجية التعليمية في تدريس اللغة الألمانية من خلال مقرر حاسب آلي في التخصص وتصميم برنامج تعليمي لذلك باستخدام البودكاست. واحدة من 37 طالب وطالبة وقد تكونت عينة البحث من مجموعة فعاليته. والفيديو كاست وقياس وقد اشتملت أدوات البحث علي قائمة المهارات واستبيان لتحديد احتياجات العينة ومعرفة المهارات تم تطبيق اختبار من اعداد الباحثة بعد تطبيق البرنامج المقترح علي عينة الموجودة لديهم وقد البحث. واستغراق التطبيق الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2015-2016 بواقع (3) وقد توصلت الباحثة الي وجود ساعات اسبوعياً ولمدة (10) اسبوعياً باجمالي (30) ساعة دراسية فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي (86.5) لاختبار كفاءة استخدام الوسائط التكنولوجية التعليمية لصالخ التطبيق البعدي مما يدل علي تنمية مهاراتهم، كما توصلت الباحثة الي ان فاعلية المتغير المستقل (البودكاست، والفيديو كاست) علي المتغير التابع (كفاءة الوسائط التكنولوجية التعليمية) كانت كبيرة جداً.

Das Erkenntnisinteresse der vorliegenden Studie besteht darin, dass die Lehramtsstudierenden des dritten Studien-jahrs Schwierigkeiten bei der Medienkompetenz haben. So setzt sich die vorliegende Studie das Ziel, einen Beitrag zur Entwicklung ihrer Medienkompetenz zu leisten. Dabei werden die Dimensionen der Medien-kompetenz festgelegt, die konkret in der Lehrveranstaltung ‘Computergestützter DaF-Unterricht’ erworben werden sollen. Die Kandidatin hat ein Podcast-Projekt erstellt, indem die Lehramtsstudierenden gelernt haben, didaktisierte Pod- und Videocasts im Internet zu finden, auszuwählen und für ihren. DaF-Unterricht auf ägyptischem Gymnasium zu nutzen. Das Podcast-Projekt wurde im Zeitraum vom November 2015 bis Februar 2016 durchgeführt. Am Projekt haben (37) Lehramtsstudierenden des dritten Studienjahres teilgenommen. Der Zeitraum für das Projekt erstreckt sich über (10) Wochen. Die Analyse der Ergebnisse nach der statistischen Auswertung lässt sich erkennen, dass es Differenzen zwischen den Mittelwerten der Testgruppe im Vortest und Nachtest bezüglich der Medienkompetenz gibt. Der Mittelwert der Testgruppe im Vortest beträgt (5,86) und ist im Nachtest (49,24). Die Wirkungsgröße beträgt (32,19). Das zeigt einen großen Einfluss auf die Entwicklung der Medienkompetenz bei der Testgruppe.

The training of prac teachers of the German Language department is one of the issues that receive attention from the faculties of education at the local and global levels in the digital age where information technology has contributed to change the features of the educational system with its various elements, including the teacher. Internet applications, including podcasts and videos, are a way to increase opportunities for self-learning and the search for simplified audio texts for use in teaching German.
The current research aims to identify the necessary skills for the students of the third year in the Department of German Language, Faculty of Education at Helwan University to use educational technology in teaching the German language through a special computer course and to design an educational program for this using the podcast. The sample of the study consisted of 37 male and female students. The research tools included a list of skills and a questionnaire to determine the needs of the sample and knowledge of skills. A test prepared by the researcher was applied after the application of the proposed program to the sample. The application took the second semester of the academic year 2015-2016 by (3) hours per day and for a period of (10) hours per week with a total of (30) hours of study. The researcher has found that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students in the pre and post-application (86.5) to test the efficiency of the use of educational technological media for the application of the post-test which indicates the development of their skills. The researcher also concluded that the effectiveness of the independent variable (podcast and video cast) on the dependent variable (the efficiency of educational technology media) was very big.
