|a هدفت الدراسة الي تسهيل عملية الوصول إلي المواقع الرسمية الخاصة بمنصات التعليم المفتوح والاستفادة منها والتعرف عليها وإبراز أهمية هذه المنصات، ومعرفة ما الصعوبات التي تواجه الأفراد عند استخدام منصات التعليم المفتوح. واعتمدت الدراسة علي اكثر من منهج: المنهج الوصفي المسحي، منهج تحليل المحتوي، المنهج التطبيقي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. توصلت من خلالها الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج من أهمها: أكدت الدراسة علي اسهام موقع الدليل الخاص بمنصات التعليم المفتوح في أقبال الأفراد عليها وتجربتها والاستفادة منها، أكدت الدراسة ان منصات التعليم المفتوح تسهم في رفع كفاءة وتنمية مهارات وقدرات الأفراد وتساعدهم في تطوير ذاتهم أولا ثم المجتمع. ومن أهم التوصيات: ضرورة عمل دورات تعريفية وأدلة خاصة وكتيبات ونشرات إرشادية في كافة المؤسسات لزيادة الوعي بأهمية هذه المنصات.

|b The study aimed to facilitate access to private open learning platforms and benefit from official websites, recognize and highlight the importance of these platforms process, and find out what the difficulties faced by individuals when using open learning platforms. The study relied on more than one approach: the descriptive survey, curriculum content analysis, the methodology applied, the questionnaire was also used as a tool to collect data. The study revealed of a number of the most important result: the study emphasized the contribution of the private directory location platforms open education in turnout of individuals and try and take advantage of them, the study confirmed that the open learning platforms contribute to raise the efficiency and the development of skills and abilities of individuals and help them develop themselves first and then the community. One of the main recommendations: the need to work and evidence Induction special booklets and leaflets in all the institutions to increase awareness of the importance of these platforms.
