Cet article s'interesse au leitmotiv de la prostituee, en tant qu'exemple de la misogynie de I'ecrivain italien contemporain Dino Buzzati, dans trois de ses oeuvres: le roman Un amore et les deux nouvelles Viale Maino et Alfredo Brilli, commercialista tirees du recueil« Les cronache fantastiche di Dino Buzzati ». En partant de la ressemblance physique flagrante entre les trois fi¬gures feminines, I'analyse permet de retrouver les memes dyna- miques relationnelles homme/femme dans les trois recits et de mettre en evidence I'ambiguTte de cette derniere. La prostituee est a la fois symbole de vie et de mort: elle est I'initiatrice aux plaisirs de la chair et joue un role de guide vital en permettant a I'homme de briser la monotonie de son existence en s'affran- chissant des tabous et des liens avec la societe. Mais ce n'est que pour mieux le detruire. De par sa jeunesse et sa sensualite, elle renvoie a I'homme sa propre image de decadence et de vieil- lesse et le vide progressivement de ses forces. De simple fille de joie, elle devient I'instrument du destin et son pouvoir est assi¬milable au divin. This article is interested in the leitmotif of the prostitute, as an example of the misogyny of the contemporary Italian writer Dino Buzzati, in three of his works: the novel Un amore and the two short stories Viale Maino and Alfredo Brilli, commercialista coming from the collection "Les cronache fantastiche di Dino Buzzati". Starting from the blatant physical resemblance between the three female figures, the analysis makes it possible to find the same dynamic man / woman relationship in the three stories and to highlight the ambiguity of the latter. The prostitute is both symbol of life and death: she is the initiator of the pleasures of the flesh and plays a role of vital guide by allowing man to break the monotony of his existence by freeing himself from the taboos and links wif society. But it is only to better destroy it. coz of her youth and sensuality, she returns, to man, her own image of decadence and old age and gradually empties her strength.
