|a يتناول هذا البحث، المسؤولية التأديبية للقاضي مبتدأ بتمييزها عن المسؤولية المدنية والجزائية، ثم توضح الدراسة الأحكام المتعلقة بالمسؤولية التأديبية للقاضي من حيث: الجهة المخولة بتحريك وإقامة الدعوى ورفع القيد الوارد عليها باستئذان المجلس القضائي، ومن ثم الإحالة إلى الهيئة القضائية المختصة بالتحقيق مع القاضي وإصدار العقوبة بحقه، وقد أشار البحث إلى طائفة من الضمانات التي يتعين أن تستوفيها الهيئة القضائية الخاصة بالتحقيق، وأخيرا أفصح البحث عن مدى إمكانية الطعن بالقرار التأديبي الصادر اتجاه القاضي لدى المحكمة الإدارية، وقد حرصت الدراسة أن يتم معالجة كل هذه الموضوعات فقها وقضاء وبشكل مقارن.
