المستخلص: We propose in this work to ask Benachour‘s writing and his report to the memorial writing. The starting point of our discussion will be the articulation of fiction and forms of language involved in the novels of Bouziane Benachour will question this subject formulation and especially the new form singular enough of this writing, since it must be said, the fact to approach closer to the novels showed us some writing processes, which we imagined themselves not us life, we must believe that these as diverse and varied forms have always been parts of the story romantic Maghreb in terms of theme, that said the form is problematic in many respects, since it in no way meets the so-called traditional form of the Algerian novel that combines and links the symbol to reality, in novelistic structures dominated by the imagination; or space refers to violence broke out of a whole period .To do this we will consider Benachour corpus cases "forgotten Sentinel" and "Ten years of solitude".
