المستخلص: The cycle of international economic opening and the stages of self-sufficiency have continued since the geographical discoveries of the fifteenth century until the end of the Second World War where we found the beginning of the ongoing globalization, which led to innovation on the level of transport and communications.
In addition, there are radical changes in the role of states and companies across borders. But after half a century, its repercussions created and promoted the phenomenon of social inequality. The difference between the rich and the poor intensified. As a result, some countries expressed their dissatisfaction with the free trade trend and its negative effects, while others agreed to stop the progress of the influence of some countries by proposing the idea of a return to pure protectionism

لقد استمر تناوب مراحل الافتتاح الاقتصادي الدولي ومراحل الاكتفاء الذاتي منذ الاكتشافات الجغرافية للقرن الخامس العشر حتي نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية، أين بدأت تبرز بواكير العولمة الجارية والتي أدت إلي إحداث ابتكارات علي مستوي وسائل النقل والاتصالات وكذا تغييرات جذرية فيما يخص دور الدول والشركات عبر الحدود. لكن بعد نصف قرن تسببت تداعياتها في خلق وتعزيز ظاهرة التفاوت الاجتماعي مشددة الفارق بين الأغنياء والفقراء وكنتيجة لذلك بدأت بعض البلدان تعبر عن استيائها اتجاه التبادل الحر وكذا تأثيراته السلبية أما البعض الآخر تحالفوا من أجل إيقاف تقدم نفوذ بعض الدول من خلال طرح فكرة العودة إلي الحمائية البحتة.

L’alternance des phases d’ouvertures à l’internationale et des phases de repli national n’a cessé depuis les grandes découvertes du XVe siècle, il fallait attendre la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale pour constater une certaine accalmie et entrevoir les prémices de la mondialisation actuelle qui, avec le temps, mena à des innovations dans les moyens de transport et de communication, mais surtout à des révolutions dans le rôle des États et des firmes transnationales. Cependant, après plus d’un demi-siècle, ses retombées ont généré et renforcé les inégalités sur le plan social créant une polarisation croissante entre richesse et pauvreté. En conséquence, certains pays commencèrent à exprimer leur mécontentement envers le libre-échange et ses répercussions négatives et d’autres se sont résolument ligués pour enrayer l’avancée du pouvoir impérial qu’on put acquérir certaines nations en mettant en avant l’idée d’un possible retour au protectionnisme pur et dur.
