المستخلص: هناك حاجة كبيرة من الباحثين والمتخصصين في مجال العلوم الاقتصادية لدراسة منظماتهم ومجتمعاتهم، وذلك من خلال تقديم بحوت علمية، كما ان البحث العلمي مطلب اساسي للتخرج و الترقيات او من حيث المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات التعليمية، العديد من الباحثين تناول مفهوم البحث العلمي، كما اختلفت مدارسهم ومداخلهم وتباينت اتجاهاتهم حول هذا المفهوم ، فكل واحد منهم قد نظر إليه من زاويته الخاصة وحسب ميوله أو قناعته العلمية، الأمر الذي جعل هدف هذه الورقة تقديم النقاط الأساسية بأختصار بخصوص أساليب و منهجية وطرق البحث العلمي التي قد تسد الفجوة بين الباحتين، حيث أوضحت نتائج البحث ان هناك العديد من مناهج وأساليب وطرق البحث العلمي المتوفرة للباحث، وبطبيعة الحال هناك اختلاف بين الطريقة أو الأساليب سواء من ناحية طريقة القيام بها أو من ناحية مدى دقة، أو صحة، أو كمية المعلومات التي يتم جمعها،، بعض طرق و أسلوب البحث تكون مناسبة أكثر في حالات معينة (وبالتالي تعطي نتائج أفضل ) و قد لا تكون الأفضل ، وبالتالي إذا تم استخدامها قد تعطي نتائج غير دقيقة أو غير مفيدة للدراسة. على الباحث التريث عند اختيار طريقة ومنهجية البحث أو أسلوب جمع البيانات ليتأكد من اختيارها بشكل صحيح كما تقتضيه الدراسة. أن اختيار المنهج المستخدم ليس هدفا في حد ذاته، لأنه لا يوجد منهج معين يتمتع بمزايا مطلقة في ذاته، وان نجاح البحث يتوقف على مدى وضوح خصائص مناهج البحث العلمي ومعرفة كيفية تطبيقيها لتحديد خطوات البحث، وتجميع البيانات، ووضع الفروض واختيارها.

There is a great need for researchers and specialists in the field of economics to study their organizations and communities by presenting scientific research. Scientific research is a prerequisite for graduation, promotion or social responsibility in educational institutions. Many researchers addressed the concept of scientific research, as their schools and approaches differed and their attitudes about this concept varied. Each of them has viewed it from his own angle and according to his own scientific propositions or convictions, which made the aim of this paper to briefly present the basic points regarding the methodology and methods of scientific research that may bridge the gap between the researchers. The results of the research showed that there are many methodologies, techniques, and processes of scientific research available to the researcher. Of course, there is a difference between the method or methods both in terms of the way they are performed and in terms of the accuracy, validity, or amount of information collected. Some search methods are more appropriate in certain situations (and therefore produce better results) and may not be the best. Thus if used they may give inaccurate or unhelpful results to the study. The researcher should be careful when choosing the method and methodology of the research or the method of data collection to ensure that it is selected correctly as required by the study. The selection of the method used is not the goal in itself, because no particular method has absolute advantages in itself. The success of research depends on the clarity of the characteristics of scientific research methods and the knowledge of how to apply them to determine the steps of research, collect data, and make assumptions and select them.
