المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة الإشكالية الآتية، تحديد الخطوات العملية والسبل الكفيلة لبناء تواصل ثقافي وحضاري فعال بين شعوب الوطن العربي في ظل المتغيرات المعاصرة، من خلال المقومات الثقافية والحضارية المشتركة بين هده الدول العربية، وذلك في ظل غزو الثقافات الدخيلة، ومحاولة احتواء الثقافات الأخرى باستعمال وسائل العولمة، بحيث نحاول في هذه الدراسة التطرق إلى عدة عناصر أو نقاط ذات العلاقة، للوصول إلى نتائج هذه الدراسة المتمثلة في تحديد السبل الكفيلة بدعم التواصل والتعاون الثقافي العربي.

This research aims to study the following problems. This research aims to identify practical steps and ways guaranteeing the building of effective cultural and civilizational communication among the peoples of the Arab world in the light of contemporary changes, through the cultural and civilizational elements common among these Arab countries, in the light of the invasion of alien cultures and the attempt to contain other cultures by using the means of globalization, so that in this study, we can try to address several related elements or points to reach the findings of this study, and we can identify ways which guarantee the support for the Arab cultural communication and cooperation.

Cette recherche vise à étudier la problématique suivante: déterminer les mécanismes et les moyens susceptibles d'assurer l'échange urbain et culturel entre les peuples arabes, à travers les constituants culturels et urbains communs, et ce dans un contexte d'influence culturelle exotique qui essaie à tout moment de contenir les autres cultures par l'utilisation des moyens de la mondialisation. Nous essayons donc dans la présente étude d'aborder plusieurs éléments pertinents en relation avec le thème traité, en vue d'aboutir aux résultats qui détermine les moyens d'échange susceptibles de soutenir la communication et la coopération culturelles entre les peuples arabes.
