هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم برنامج التربية الميدانية في برنامج الدبلوم المهني ومعرفة فيما إذا كانت هناك فروقاً ذات دلالة احصائية في درجة أهمية دور المشرف الأكاديمي والمعلم المتعاون ومدير المدرسة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (160) طالبا وطالبة من الطلبة الملتحقين ببرنامج الدبلوم المهني، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية منتظمة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس (استبانة استطلاع رأي الطلبة المتدربين)، تم إعدادهما من قبل الباحثَيْن. تم التحقق من صدق المقياس وثباته بما يتناسب وطبيعة هذه الدراسة. حسبت المتوسطات الحسابية، والنسب المئوية. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أهمية المشرف الأكاديمي والأثر الكبير الذي يمثله في التربية العملية بنسبة 87% من الطلاب، ثم يلي ذلك المعلم المتعاون بنسبة 69 % من الطلاب، بالمقارنة مع 45 % من الطلاب الذين أشاروا إلى أنً مدير المدرسة لديه أثر كبير في برنامج التربية العملية، كما أشارت النتائج أن مرحلة التدريس الفعلي والمشاهدة والنقد ومرحلة التدريس الكامل حظيت بأعلى تقدير من وجية نظر الطلاب، كما أظهرت النتائج أن التربية العملية تفيد في تكوين علاقات شخصية جديدة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أهم الصعوبات التي تواجه الطلاب في برنامج التربية العملية مظهر المتدرب وشخصيته، أيضا الفروقات بين المعلومات النظرية، وكذلك المواجهة الفعلية للطالب المعلم لبقية الطلبة في قاعة الدراسة.
The present study aimed to evaluate the form field in the form of education, professional diploma and find out whether there are differences in the degree of statistical significance the importance of the role of the academic supervisor and the cooperating teacher and headmaster of school. The sample of the study consisted of (160) students from students enrolled in professional diploma program, selected in a random manner. To achieve the objective of the study was the use of scale (survey, questionnaire for students), was prepared by researchers Student Survey questionnaire included trainees (46) items distributed (5) dimensions include the role of the academic supervisor, the cooperating teacher, school administrator as well as the development of student's personality and difficulties. The measure of sincerity and reliability commensurate with the nature of this study. Averages, Percentages were calculated ,The results of the study pointed to the importance of the academic supervisor and the significant impact on practical education by 87% of students, followed by the cooperating teacher by 69% of the students, compared with 45% of students who reported to the Director of the school has a significant impact on practical education program, The results also indicated that the phase of actual teaching, and teaching the full stage and received the highest rating from the point of view of students, the results also showed that the education process in a new personal relationships, the results also showed that the major difficulties facing students in the practical education program the intern and his personality, appearance , Also, The differences between the theoretical and actual student teacher confrontation for the rest of the students in the classroom.
