المستخلص: في الواقع أن ما قادنا إله هذا البحث هو هذا التهافت الذي نشيده من قبل افراد مجتمعاتنا العربية إله شبكة الإنترنت وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، والتحولات التي ترتبط بها من تدني مستويات سلم القيم لدى افراد المجتمع العربي. لذلك كان هدفنا من هذا البحث هو كشف خطورة العلاقة التي باتت تحكم هؤلاء مع أحد أكبر وسيلة إعلام واتصال في العصر الحديث وهي شبكة الإنترنت، وابراز خطورتها على الجوانب الاخلاقية والثقافية لدى المجتمع العربي.‪‪

The purpose of this research is to reveal the seriousness of the rush, that we are witnessing by members of the Arab societies, to the Internet and the social networks, and to highlight its seriousness on the moral and cultural aspects of the Arab community. The research problem is the risk posed by the Internet and social networking on the values in the Arab world. The research problem can be determined by the following main question: What is the risk posed by the Internet and social networking on the values in the Arab world? The main topics discussed by the researcher are: the concept of the Internet and social networks, the concept of values and the effects of the Internet and social networks on values. The most Important Recommendations: 1. Utilize the Internet and social networks in spreading the sublime Islamic values and the message of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). 2. The non-utilizing of the Internet and social networks may result in the spread of corruption and degrading values. 3. Educate members of the community and instill the true Islamic faith in them. 4. Encourage and promote self-censorship among members of the community. 5. Encourage community members to use the Internet positively to support and maintain good values in the society.
