المستخلص: Cette étude vise à déterminer la disponibilité des critères de qualité dans la préparation de thèses au département de psychologie et des sciences de l’éducations à l'Université d'Oran, et de savoir s'il existe des différences entre les points de vue des étudiants et les avis de L’encadrements en ce qui concerne la disponibilité des critères générales de qualité dans le processus d’encadrements universitaires Pour répondre à ces questions l’étudiante a rédigé un questionnaire comme outil de recherche composé de (30 questions) répartie sur trois critères le questionnaire et appliqué sur 54 professeurs et 54 étudiants a partir de cela les résultats obtenues de cette étude été que il existe des différences avis entre les vues de l'organe d’encadrements et les étudiants au niveau critères réglementaire dans le processus d’encadrement et de l'absence de différences entre les points de vue des étudiants et les encadreurs au niveau de critère

The current study aimes To know the availability of standards of all quality in the préparation of theses in Department of psychology and Science Education at the University of Oran, for know Werther There are differences between the views of the students and the opinions of the supervisory body in regards to the availability of general quality. In order to answer these questions, the research forms were designed from evaluation of supervision of the preparation of university theses from the point of view of the Supervisory and students is made up of (30) distributed form on three criteria and applied to 54 professors and 54 students reached the results that some of the elements of theses Psychology enjoy the standard of quality and to the presence of the Department Differences between the opinions of the professor and students in the regulatory standard in the process of supervision and lack of differences between the views of students and the supervision of the scientific and humanitarian standard , and the study concluded that the proposal of some recommendations

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى وجود فروق بين أراء الطلبة وأراء هيئة الإشراف في ما يخص مدى توافر معايير الجودة العامة في عملية الإشراف على الرسائل الجامعية و لأجل ذلك صيغت الإشكاليات الرئيسية التالية: هل تحتكم عملية الإشراف على الرسائل والأطروحات الجامعية بقسم علم النفس وعلوم التربية بجامعة وهران إلى معايير الجودة العامة من وجهة نظر هيئة الإشراف والطلبة؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تم تصميم استمارة البحث. وتخص تقويم عملية الإشراف على إعداد الرسائل الجامعية من وجهة نظر هيئة الإشراف والطلبة وهى مكونة من (30) سؤالا موزعة على ثلاث معايير (المعيار الإنسانى، المعيار التنظيمي و المعيار العلمي) وطبقت على 54 أستاذا و 54 طالبا وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق بين آراء هيئة الإشراف والطلبة في المعيار التنظيمي في عملية الإشراف و عدم وجود فروق بين آراء الطلبة وهيئة الإشراف في المعيار العلمي والإنسانى و خلصت الدراسة باقتراح بعض التوصيات.
