المستخلص: من أهم ما تعودنا عليه في المشهد الروائي العربي في السنوات الأخيرة؛ اعتماد كثير من الروائيين على افتتاحيات دالة تتفاوت من حيث النوع والمكان والصيغة. ففي حين نجد تمهيدات أو افتتاحيات تتخذ شكل الإهداء المصنوع غالبا؛ أي بأسلوب الكاتب ومن لدنه، نجد بعضها في شكل مقتبسات نصية تتفاوت بين الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث الشريفة والأبيات الشعرية والمقولات النثرية على تنوعها؛ المأثورة منها والمصنوعة. وروايات كثيرة أخرى، يتجاوز الروائي فيها استعمال هذه الشواهد الافتتاحية من الإهداء أو التقديم إلى مداخل الفصول والأبواب، بل نجدها في طريقة صياغته لعناوين هذه الفصول والأبواب.
