هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن التحديات التي تواجه قطاع التربية والتعليم في الأردن لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي في المجالات المختلفة. حيث أشارت إلى أن التكنولوجيا لا تقود إلى التغيير إن لم تصنع أنت التغيير فإن التغيير يصنعك. وان التطوير والتحديث أصبح ضرورة لا بد منها في مجال التعليم. الذي يعد حجر الأساس في بناء المجتمعات وتطورها ويتجسد هذا التطوير بتوظيف وسائل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات ودمجها مع الأساليب التربوية الحديثة في الغرفة الصفية لزيادة فاعليتها. كما أوضحت أن التكنولوجيا بأشكالها المختلفة تلعب دوراً مهماً في الارتقاء بمستوى التفكير لدى الطلبة. إذ يمكن تشجيعهم على تطبيق مهارات التفكير العليا والقيام بعمليات البحث التي تزيد سعة آفاق المتعلم وتسمو باتجاهاته إيجابياً. حيث يقدر الوقت ويحرص عليه بالإضافة إلى إن استخدام أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات كأداة تقويم وتوجيه تعطي المعلم قدرة حقيقية وموضوعية للاطلاع على مستوي الطالب الحقيقي. باستخدام الاختبارات التشخيصية قبل البدء أو أثناء التعلم الاختبارات التكوينية أو بعده الاختبارات البعدية. بحيث يعطي الطالب النتيجة فوراً فتساعده على إتقان التعلم. وتعطيه فرصة في التعرف إلى مستواه الحالي وتشخيص نقاط القوة والضعف ثم معالجة ضعفه. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة على أن استخدام أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات تمكننا من تطوير مهارات الاتصال والتواصل بين المعلمين والطلبة من خلال العمل بروح الفريق الواحد في التخطيط والتنفيذ والتنظيم حيث تؤدي دورا بارزا في دعم الأساليب التربوية وأساليب التعلم وزيادة فاعليتها. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير أساليب التعليم وتحديثها ودمجها مع أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لتلائم المتطلبات الجديدة للغرفة الصفية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

The present study aimed to reveal the challenges facing the education sector in Jordan to keep pace with the technological development in various fields. It pointed out that technology does not lead to the change. If you do not make change, change makes you. The development and the modernization have become an important necessity in the field of education, which is the cornerstone of the building and the development of the societies. This development is reflected on the use of ICTs and their integration with the modern educational methods in the classroom to increase their effectiveness. It explained that the technology in its various forms plays an important role in raising the level of thinking among the students, thus they can be encouraged to apply higher thinking skills and carry out the research processes that increase the learner's prospects and raise his positive trends , in which time is estimated and cared for. In addition to the use of ICT tools as a tool for the evaluation and the guidance gives the teacher a real and objective ability to see the level of the real student by using the diagnostic tests before starting or during the learning formative tests or after the post tests. So that the student is given the result immediately and help him to master the learning, and give him an opportunity to identify the current level and identify the strengths and the weaknesses and then address the weakness. The results confirmed that the use of ICT tools enables us to develop the connectivity and the communication skills between the teachers and the students by working in a team manner in planning, implementation and organization, which plays a prominent role in supporting the educational methods and the learning methods and increasing their effectiveness. The study also recommended that the educational methods should be developed, updated and integrated with the ICT tools to suit the new requirements of the classroom..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
