|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة التصورات التي تحملها الطالبات المعلمات بكلية التربية بجامعة الأميرة نورة لسمات معلمة الصف، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على الفرق بين تصوراتهن حسب مستواهن الدراسي، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (170) طالبة، يمثلن طالبات المستويين الرابع والثامن بقسم المناهج وطرق التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة الأميرة، وقد قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبيان لتصورات الطالبات المعلمات لسمات معلمة الصف في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة حيث تضمن الاستبيان مجموعة من السمات التي تشكل في مجملها خصائص الجودة في المعلم وتم تصنيف هذه السمات في ثلاثة محاور هي: 1- السمات الشخصية لمعلمة الصف 2- السمات المهنية لمعلمة الصف 3-إدارة الصف وتنظيمه وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى أن التصورات كانت عالية جداً، حيث تراوحت بين (4.53) و (4.24)، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a= 0.05) تعزي لاختلاف المستوى الدراسي في جميع المحاور.

|b This study aims to know perceptions of Faculty of Education Students at Princess Noura University about the characteristics of classroom teacher. Also, it aims to recognize the difference of the students’ perceptions according to their academic level. The study sample consists of (170) students. The sample is selected from the fourth and eighth levels of Curriculum and Instruction Department at the Faculty of Education of Princess Noura University. The researcher designs a questionnaire for the students' perceptions on the characteristics of the classroom teacher in light of the overall quality standards. The questionnaire contains a set of features that form the quality characteristics of the teacher. These features were classified into three areas as follows: (i) Personal features of classroom teacher. (ii) Professional features of classroom teacher. (iii) Classroom management and organization. The researcher finds that the perceptions are very high, where the perceptions range from (4.53) to (4.24). This can be explained that the students have good and clear backgrounds of the characteristics of classroom teacher. The study also finds that there is no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) due to the difference in the academic level in all areas. It can be due to that there is a convergence in the social and educational conditions in general education schools, which causes quasi-uniform perceptions.
