المستخلص: The study aims to identify the administrative problems of autism centers in Riyadh city, as well as identify the differences of the study sample responses about the administrative problems of autism centers in Riyadh city. The sample of the study constitutes of principals and supervisors and teachers. The researcher used the descriptive analytical methodology and a questionnaire which was developed according to a review of related literature Results of the study showed that: The study sample agreed to extent medium level on the problems related to central administration of autism centers in Riyadh city. The study sample agreed to medium level on the problems related to the educational commission of autism centers in Riyadh city. The study sample agreed strongly on the problems related to parents and local community of autism centers and in Riyadh city. There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) and less between the study sample responses about the problems related to the central administration of autism centers in Riyadh city, according to the scientific specialization variable. There are statistically significant differences between the study sample responses about the total degree of the administrative problems of autism centers in Riyadh city, according to the scientific specialization variable in favor to those specialized in special education field. There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) and less between the study sample responses about (problems related to the central administration, problems related to the educational commission, problems related to parents and local community). Overall, based on the previous findings, the researcher recommends the higher administration to use the democratic style in management and planning, as well as to provide assistances for the managers to do the administrative works and to provide managers with the ability to focus on technical work. Also, the researcher recommends ensuring the good distribution of resources and tools to the centers in order to meet the size of the center and the number of students.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشاكل الإدارية في مراكز التوحد الخاصة بمدينة الرياض، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو المشاكل الإدارية في مراكز التوحد الخاصة بمدينة الرياض باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (الوظيفة، سنوات الخبرة في مجال التوحد، سنوات العمل في المركز الحالي، التخصص العلمي، الدرجة العلمية). ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم استخدام استبانة تم بناءها بالرجوع إلى الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة بموضوع الدراسة تضمنت عينة الدراسة عينة عشوائية مكونة من مدراء ومشرفين ومعلمين. وقد توصلت الدارسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أبرزها: وجود موافقة بدرجة متوسطة بين أفراد عينة الدراسة على المشكلات المرتبطة بالإدارة العليا في مراكز التوحد بمدينة الرياض. ووجود موافقة بدرجة متوسطة بين أفراد عينة الدراسة على المشكلات المرتبطة بالهيئة التربوية / التعليمية في مراكز التوحد بمدينة الرياض ووجود موافقة بدرجة عالية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة على المشكلات المرتبطة بأولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي في مراكز التوحد بمدينة الرياض. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو المشكلات المرتبطة بالإدارة المركزية بمراكز التوحد الخاصة بمدينة الرياض باختلاف متغير التخصص العلمي. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية باختلاف متغير التخصص العلمي وذلك لصالح أفراد عينة الدراسة المتخصصين في مجال التربية الخاصة. أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو (المشكلات المرتبطة بالإدارة المركزية، المشكلات المرتبطة بالهيئة التربوية / التعليمية، المشكلات المرتبطة بـأولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي) باختلاف متغير الدرجة العلمية واستنادا إلى النتائج السابقة، أوصت الباحثتان باستخدام الإدارة العليا لأسلوب الإدارة الديموقراطي في الإدارة والتخطيط كما أوصت بوجود مساعدين للمدير يقومون بالأعمال الإدارية والكتابية وتفرغ المدير للعمل الفني. والحرص على التوزيع الجيد للموارد والأدوات على المركز بما يتناسب مع حجم المركز وعدد الطلاب.
