|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي الكشف عن اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة تبوك نحو تطبيق نظام الاختبارات الإلكترونية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات كالجنس والتخصص كما هدفت أيضاً إلي معرفة المعوقات التي تحول بين عضو هيئة التدريس وتطبيق هذا النوع من الاختبارات ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة مكونة من 20 فقرة وقد تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة علي عينة قصدية بلغت 50 عضو هيئة تدريس من كلية العلوم كممثل للتخصصات العلمية وكذلك 50 عضو هيئة تدريس من كلية التربية كممثل للتخصصات النظرية في جامعة تبوك وقد أوضحت النتائج أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس يحملون اتجاهات إيجابية نحو الاختبارات الإلكترونية إلا أن اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس الإناث كانت أعلي من اتجاهات زملائهن الذكور كما أن أصحاب التخصصات النظرية كانت اتجاهاتهم أعلي من زملائهم أصحاب التخصصات العلمية أيضا أثبتت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك معوقات تحول بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتطبيق هذا النوع من الاختبارات وبناء علي هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بإنشاء مركز اختبارات إلكترونية كبير لخدمة جميع الكليات داخل جامعة تبوك وتزويده بالكوادر الفنية والأجهزة والبرامج والمعدات اللازمة كما أوصت أيضا بتطبيق برنامج تدريبي في الجامعة لتدريب جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس علي هذا النوع من الاختبارات أخيراً أوصت الدراسة بإجراء العديد من البحوث والدراسات حول هذا الموضوع في بيئات أخري.

|b This study aimed to reveal the trends of faculty members at the University of Tabuk toward online exams in light of some variables such as gender and specialization; It also sought to discover the difficulties and obstacles facing the faculty members in applying such types of exams. To achieve this goal, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (20) items to measure the faculty members' attitudes towards online exams and identify the difficulties and obstacles that prevent them from applying online exams. The study has been applied on a random sample of (50) faculty members from the Faculty of Science representing the scientific disciplines and (50) faculty members from the College of Education and Arts representing the theoretical disciplines at the University of Tabuk. The results showed that faculty members have positive attitudes towards online exams but the inclinations of the female faculty members toward online exams were higher than their male counterparts. Also, the faculty members in the theoretical disciplines tendency toward online exams was higher than their colleagues in the scientific disciplines. The findings of the study has also proved that there are difficulties and obstacles encountered by faculty member in applying online exams. Based on these results, the study has recommended the establishment of a large exam center to serve all faculties and colleges at the University of Tabuk. It also has recommended to conduct a training program at the university level to train all faculty members on online exams; and to provide this center with the technical staff, needed hardware and software, and with the necessary equipment. In addition, the study has recommended to perform many studies on this topic in other environments.
