المستخلص: The present study aimed to identify the effectiveness of using Blackboard Mobile Learn Application in developing the attitudes of female students at Najran University toward mobile e-learning. It also aimed to check whether there were significant differences in learners' attitudes towards the use of this application due to the variables: (academic level, skill of using electronic applications). Furthermore, the present study Seeking to detect the most important obstacles facing students during the use of the application. The study was carried out on (26) female students in the fifth academic level who were enrolled in the "Computer in education" course. The experimental approach was used, the data collection tool was a questionnaire developed by researchers. Findings indicated that students' attitudes were neutral in the pre-measurement, whereas they become positive in the post measurement. The use of the Blackboard Mobile learn Application was effective in developing students' attitudes towards Mobile Learning. Significant differences were noticed between the mean scores of participants in the pre-and post-measurement in favor of the post-measurement. Findings also revealed no significant differences among participants' attitudes towards Mobile Learning via the use of The Blackboard Mobile Learn application due to academic level and skill in using the electronic applications. The impact of obstacles on the use of the application was medium, and the most important obstacles were the difficulty of uploading files to the E-courses website and the difficulty for transfer and exchange files among learners using smart devices.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على أثر استخدام تطبيق Black board Mobile learn على تنمية اتجاهات طالبات جامعة نجران نحو التعليم الإلكتروني النقال، والتعرف على ما إذا كانت هنالك فروق اتجاهاتهن تعزى لمتغيرات (المستوى الأكاديمي-مهارة استخدام التطبيقات الإلكترونية). كما هدفت إلى التعرف على أهم المعوقات التي تواجههن أثناء استخدام التطبيق، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة قصدية بلغ عددها (26) طالبة بالمستوى الخامس في مقرر الحاسوب في التعليم. وتم توظيف المنهج التجريبي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن اتجاهات الطالبات كانت محايدة في القياس القبلي، وأصبحت إيجابية في القياس البعدي. كما أن استخدام التطبيق كان فعالاً في تنمية الاتجاهات نحو التعلم الإلكتروني النقال. وكانت هنالك فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات القياس القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي. كما أظهرت النتائج بأنه لا توجد فروق في اتجاهات الطالبات نحو التعلم الإلكتروني النقال باستخدام التطبيق تعزى لمتغيرات المستوى الأكاديمي والمهارة في استخدام التطبيقات الإلكترونية. كما أظهرت النتائج أن الطالبات يعانين درجة متوسطة من المعوقات التي كانت أبرزها: صعوبة نقل وتحميل الملفات كبيرة الحجم على الأجهزة الذكية، صعوبة رفع الملفات على موقع المقررات الإلكترونية باستخدام الأجهزة الذكية، وصعوبة نقل وتبادل الملفات بين المتعلمين باستخدام الأجهزة الذكية.
