|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الذكاء الانفعالي عند المعلمين في استجابات الطلبة في التحصيل الدراسي لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية في إقليم الشمال. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي الذي تكون من (34) بنداً لقياس مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي، وزع على عينة الدراسة البالغ عددها (54) معلماً ومعلمة في إقليم الشمال في الأردن، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة، وبعد إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية اللازمة أظهرت النتائج وجود درجة متوسطة لمستوى الذكاء الانفعالي عند معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في إقليم الشمال، كما أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الكلي لتحصيل الطلبة بلغ (73.69)، وهذا يدل على أن تقدير مستوى التحصيل لدى طلبة المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر معلميهم في إقليم الشمال كان جيداً جداً. \ وأظهرت النتائج وجود أثر دال إحصائيا للذكاء الانفعالي لمعلمي الصفوف الأربعة الأولى في تحصيل طلبتهم في مدارس إقليم الشمال في الأردن، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α= 0.05) على مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي ككل تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي( حيث لم تصل قيمة (F) إلى مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α= 0.05)على المقياس ككل تبعا لمتغير الخبرة الوظيفية لصالح الفئة (أكثر من ١٥ سنة).

|b The study aimed at identifying the impact of teachers' affective intelligence on the students' responses of study achievement at the elementary stage in the north region. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher designed an affective intelligence scale which consisted of (34) items to measure the level of affective intelligence. It was distributed to the sample of the study who were (54) male and female teachers in the north regain in Jordan. They were randomly selected from the population of the study. After necessary statistical processes, the findings showed the existence of a medium degree of elementary stage teachers' affective intelligence in the north region. The results showed that the whole average of student's achievement was (73.69). This indicates that the estimate of the level of elementary stage students' achievement, as perceived by their teachers in the north region, was very good. The results showed the existence of a statistically significant impact of teachers affective intelligence of the achievement of the first four grades students in the north region in Jordan. The results should the non–existence of statistically significant differences (α= 0.05) on the whole scale of affective intelligence determined by the study variables (sex, age, qualification) because the value of ( f ) did not reach statistical significance. The results showed the existence of statistically significant differences (α= 0.05) on the whole scale determined be the variable of occupational experience and to the advantage of the category (more then 15 years).
