هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر استخدام التدخل المبكر القائم على الخبرة المتكاملة لتنمية بعض القدرات اللغوية والتواصلية لدى تلاميذ متلازمة داون سندروم بالمرحلة الابتدائية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التجريبي، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة من التلاميذ الملتحقين بمدرسة التربية الفكرية بمدينة المنصورة وعددهم (10) تلميذ وتلميذة. وتم التطبيق خلال العام الدراسي (2017م -1438ه)، في الفصل الدراسي الأول. وكانت أهم النتائج: تحسن وتفاعل الطلاب ومن خلال المقارنة بالتطبيق القبلي والبعدي في تنمية القدرة اللغوية لصالح التطبيق البعدي للاختبار بلغت (8.91)، والتحسن في تنمية القدرة التواصلية لصالح التطبيق البعدي للاختبار بلغت (9.34)، وأثر الخبرة المتكاملة في تنمية القدرة اللغوية والتواصلية لصالح التطبيق البعدي في الاختبار ككل وبلغت (6.59)، مما يشير إلى وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) وأثر الخبرة المتكاملة في تنمية القدرة اللغوية والتواصلية لصالح التطبيق البعدي في الاختبار ككل.
This study aimed to investigate the effect of existing early intervention on the integrated development of some of the linguistic and communicative abilities of pupils with Down syndrome experience the primary stage, the study relied on the experimental method, and consisted of the study sample of students enrolled in the School of Intellectual Education in Mansoura and number (10) pupils. The application was during the school year (2017 -1438 e), in the first semester. The most important results: improved interaction of students and through comparison application pre and post in the linguistic capability development in favour of the dimensional application of the test was (8.91), and improvement in the communicative power development in favour of the dimensional application of the test reached (9.34), and the impact of the integrated experience in the development of linguistic and communicative ability in favour of dimensional application of the test as a whole, and was (6.59), which indicates a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) and the impact of the integrated experience in the development of linguistic and communicative ability in favour of the dimensional application of the test.
