|a نجحت الحكومة الجزائرية بعد سلسلة من القرارات التدريجية في ترسيخ ثقافة تسجيل الزواج بمصلحة الحالة المدنية وجعلها نهمن العادات والتقاليد والأعراف السائدة لأهداف سامية تمثلت في إضفاء الصبغة القانونية على عقود الزواج ومنح الهوية الوطنية للأفراد حماية لحقوقهم في المجتمع وضمانا للاستقرار والاستمرار عملية التسجيل وتمكنت من توفير سجلات وملفات في كل بلدية على المستوى الوطني تحمل بيانات خاصة بالزواج والمتزوجين إلا أنها تعاني من نقائص كبيرة لا تسمح بدراسة واقع الزواج والتغيرات التي تطرأ عليه.

|d Le gouvernement algérien a réussi après une série de décisions à consolider la culture de l’enregistrement des mariages à l’état civil et à l’inscrire parmi les coutumes et les traditions qui prévalent concernant la légalisation des actes de mariage et l’octroi d’une identité aux individus pour protéger leurs droits dans la société. Ces efforts ont conduit à la stabilité et la continuité de l’enregistrement, ce qui a permis de fournir des registres et des dossiers dans chaque commune au niveau national. Ceux-ci contiennent des données sur le mariage et les mariés mais ils souffrent de nombreuses lacunes qui ne permettent pas d'étudier convenablement la réalité du mariage et les changements qui le concernent

|f The Algerian government has succeeded after a series of gradual decisions to consolidate the culture of registration of marriage in the authority of the civil status to make them employ the prevailing customs and traditions for supreme objectives represented in the legalization of marriage contracts and granting the national identity to individuals to protect their rights in society ensuring the stability and continuity of the registration process. In addition, it was able to provide records and files in each municipality at the national level showing data on marriage and married couples , but they suffer from significant shortage that do not allow for studying the reality of marriage and the changes that occur therein. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
