|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد المهارات اللغوية الوظيفية اللازمة للتلاميذ المعاقين عقليا بمرحلة الإعداد المهني بمدارس التربية الفكرية، واعتمد المنهج الوصفي؛ حيث قام الباحث بعمل قائمة مهارات مبدئية مكونة من (27) مهارة مقسمة إلى أربعة مهارات رئيسة هب (الاستماع – التحدث – القراءة – الكتابة)، وبلغ عدد المحكمين (29) محكما من المتخصصين في مجال المناهج وطرق تدريس اللغة العربية، ومجال التربية الخاصة، وعلم اللغة، وكذلك مجموعة من معلمي مدارس التربية الفكرية، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من المهارات اللغوية الوظيفية اللازمة لتلاميذ مرحلة الإعداد المهني بلغ عددها (22) مهارة مقسمة إلى (الاستماع – التحدث – القراءة – الكتابة).

|b The goal of current research to identify functional language skills necessary for students with mental disabilities stage professional preparation schools intellectual education, and adopted the descriptive approach; where the researcher make a list consisting of initial skills (27) skill divided into four main skills are (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), and the number of arbitrators (29) arbitrator from specialists in the field of curricula and methods of teaching Arabic language, special education and linguistics, as well as a group of teachers of intellectual education schools, research found for a range of language skills, job necessary for the students of vocational preparation phase b G of (22) divided into skill (listening, reading, speaking and writing).
