المستخلص: يعد الإعداد والتدريب من خلال شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي "Social Media Networking" من أساليب التدريب والإعداد التي تعتمد في تقديم المحتوى التدريبي والمفاهيم للمتدرب على تقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات ووسائطها المتعددة بشكل يتيح للمتدرب التفاعل مع المحتوى في الوقت والمكان والسرعة التي تناسب ظروف المتدرب وقدرته، وإدارة كافة الفعاليات التدريبية ومتطلباتها بشكل إلكتروني من خلال الأنظمة الإلكترونية. وبالرغم من أنه لا جدال على التأثير الإيجابي وقيمة التدريب والإعداد في تنمية وتطوير أخصائيي المكتبات والمعلومات العاملين بالمكتبات الجامعية، إلا أنه لا يزال هناك الكثير من الأسباب المتعلقة بكل من الوقت والتكلفة التي تعيق تحويل هذا الإيمان بأهمية التدريب والإعداد لأخصائيي المكتبات والمعلومات إلى واقع ملموس، فأغلب المكتبات ليس بإمكانها توفير مدربين محترفين لكى يقوموا بتدريب مجموعة من العاملين لديها لمدة يوم أو عدة أيام، مما يبرز أهمية البحث عن وسائل بديلة سهلة وقليلة التكلفة للتدريب تقوم باستغلال تقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات الحديثة بشكل فعال. ومن أهم هذه الوسائل التي برزت في السنوات الأخيرة: شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، فبالإضافة إلى أنها وسيلة للتواصل مع الأهل والأصدقاء فإنها تعتبر في وقتنا الحاضر من أهم الأدوات التدريبية والتعليمية وخاصة إذا ما استخدمت بفعالية واحترافية، لذا رأت الباحثة ضرورة تسليط الضوء على توظيف شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في إعداد وتدريب أخصائي المكتبات والمعلومات بمكتبات جامعة الإسكندرية، واعتمدت الباحثة على منهج البحث المسحي بهدف الوقوف على مدى إمكانية توظيف شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في إعداد وتدريب أخصائيي المكتبات والمعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية والمعوقات التي تحول دون ذلك التوظيف والمتطلبات اللازمة لذلك. وقامت الباحثة بالاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات المطلوبة والمقابلة المقننة مع بعض العاملين والمدراء بمكتبات الكليات والمكتبة العلمية المركزية لجامعة الإسكندرية وتحليل النتائج من أجل المساهمة في تقديم بعض المقترحات والتوصيات التي تساهم في تفعيل توظيف شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في إعداد وتدريب أخصائيي المكتبات والمعلومات بالمكتبات بصفة عامة والمكتبات الجامعية بصفة خاصة.

Training and preparation through "Social Media Networking" is a method that is designed to provide the training content and concepts for the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) trainee, allowing that trainee to interact with the content at the time, location, and speed appropriate to the trainee's conditions and ability, and to manage all training events and electronic requirements through electronic systems. Although there is no doubt about the positive impact and value of training and preparation in the development of library and information specialists working in university libraries, there are still many reasons related to both the time and cost that hinder the conversion of this belief in the importance of training and preparation of the specialists of libraries and information to reality. Most libraries cannot provide professional trainers to train a group of workers for a day or several days, highlighting the importance of finding alternative, easy and low cost training methods that effectively exploit modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The most important means that have emerged in recent years: Social Networking networks, in addition to being a means of communication with friends and family, it is nowadays considered one of the most important training and educational tools, especially if they are used effectively and professionally. Therefore, the researcher saw the need to highlight the investment of social media networks in the preparation and training of library and information specialists in the libraries of Alexandria University, and the researcher relied on the method of survey research to determine the possibility of employing social networks in the preparation and training of library and information specialists in university libraries and obstacles that prevent that recruitment and requirements. The researcher relied on the questionnaire tool to collect the required information and interview with the staff and administrators of the faculties libraries and the central scientific library of Alexandria University and analyze the results, in order to contribute to the submission of some suggestions and recommendations that contribute to activating the use of social networks in the preparation and training of libraries and information specialists in libraries in general, and University libraries in particular.
