المستخلص: This study addresses the (B.O.T) contract in Islamic jurisprudence within an inherent jurisprudential study. The study consisted of four chapters and a conclusion that included the most important finding and recommendations. The study addresses the meaning of (B.O.T) contract, its forms and components. The study illustrated that it is a financial contract, where the contractor and the donor of the project agree to establish a particular project, spending on it, operating and maintaining it for a period of time during which the contractor regain his expenses and receives a portion of the profits, and then hands over the project to the donor without compensation. After that, the study addressed the jurisprudential adaptation of the (B.O.T) contract, its legitimacy and its jurisprudential bases, then, the study explained the most important economic implications of these contracts. The study concluded the (B.O.T) contract is a new form of contracts and it is a product of the contemporary economic life which contributes to the development of the public utilities of the state. The study concluded about the permissibility of this contract with its different forms as long as the theme of the contract is permissible and its terms are related to permissible activities and that the contract terms don't include legislative cautions.

تتناول هذه الدراسة البحث في الوحدة الموضوعية لسورة النبأ من حيث موضوعها ومقاصدها ومميزاتها وترابطها، والبحث في المفردات اللفظية التي اختصت بها السورة ولم تتكرر -من حيث جذرها واشتقاقها-، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: دراسة دلالات الألفاظ المعجمية والاشتقاقية والبلاغية والصوتية وأثرها في محور السورة وموضوعها، وتعتمد هذه الدراسة على ثلاثة مناهج: الاستقرائي، والتحليلي، والاستنتاجي، وقد توصلتُ في النهاية إلى أن هذه الفرائد تتناسب مع محور السورة ومقصودها وايقاعها الصوتي، وتتناسب مع عنوان السورة، وتتناسب الفرائد بعضه مع بعض.
