|f Language communication does not reach the level of language proficiency unless the linguistic performance is adequate, correct, examining the social networking and expressing self-feelings and thoughts, because language proficiency is a latent energy that controls linguistic communication and its measurement indicator is linguistic performance, considering language proficiency, as described by Chomsky, is a generational rather than an explanatory ability; an ability to produce, understand and distinguish. This is the theoretical framework that we have adopted in this research. We will analyze the language proficiency of a university student, focusing on two basic levels to achieve it, which are: - linguistic performance, which consists of 1-format (audio system, morphological system, structural system). 2. Content: (semantic system) and 3. |d La communication linguistique ne peut être au même niveau que la compétence linguistique à moins que la performance linguistique soit suffisante, correcte, réalisant la communication sociale, et exprimant les sentiments et les pensées personnelles. La compétence linguistique est une énergie potentielle qui contrôle la communication linguistique, dont l'indice de sa mesure est la performance linguistique. Selon Chomski- la compétence linguistique est une capacité générative non interprétative (production de phrases non spécifiques par des méthodes spécifiques) c'est la capacité de production , de compréhension et de discrimination .Ce cadre théorique que nous avons adopté dans cette feuille de recherche, nous analysons la compétence linguistique chez l'étudiant universitaire, en se basant sur deux niveaux essentiels pour sa réalisation:\n- La performance linguistique: l.La forme: (système audio, système morphologique, système syntaxique). 2.Le contenu: (système sémantique)\n3. Utilisation: (système pragmatique)\n- La performance systématique: (1) analyse linguistique du discours 2. Utilisation des sources linguistiques 3. Utilisation des médias électroniques\nLes clés de l'étude: la compétence linguistique, la performance linguistique, les niveaux de la réalisation, les indicateurs de mesure.

|a لا يرقي التواصل اللغوي إلى مستوي الكفاءة اللغوية إلا إذا كان الأداء اللغوي كافيا وصحيحا ومحققا للتواصل الاجتماعي ومعبرا عن المشاعر والأفكار الذاتية. لأن الكفاءة اللغوية طاقة كامنة تتحكم في التواصل اللغوي ومؤشر قياسها هو الأداء اللغوي، على اعتبار أن الكفاءة اللغوية-حسب توصيف تشومسكي-مقدرة توليدية لا مقدرة تفسيرية؛ مقدرة على الإنتاج والفهم والتمييز. هذا الإطار النظري هو الذي اعتمدناه في هذه البحث، ونحن نحلل الكفاءة اللغوية عند الطالب الجامعي، مركزين على مستويين أساسيين لتحققها هما: -الأداء اللغوي: 1-الشكل (النظام الصوتي، النظام الصرفي، النظام التركيبي). 2-المحتوى: (النظام الدلالي) 3-الاستخدام: (النظام التداولي). – الأداء المنهجي: 1-تحليل الخطاب اللغوي 2-استخدام المصادر اللغوية 3-استعمال الوسائط الالكترونية.
