يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التوصل إلى وضع تصور مقترح يمكن من خلاله الارتقاء بالكفايات الأدائية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال اللازمة لتنمية إبداع طفل الروضة من خلال تعرف الإطار المفاهيمي للكفايات الأدائية والإبداع، وبيان مستوي توفر الكفايات الأدائية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال اللازمة لتنمية الإبداع لأطفال الروضة، والتعرف على تأثير عدد سنوات الخبرة على الكفايات الأدائية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال اللازمة لتنمية الإبداع لدي أطفال الروضة، وتمثلت عينة البحث في مجموعة عشوائية من معلمات رياض الأطفال على مستوي محافظة الدقهلية قوامها (120) معلمة، وتم تطبيق أداة البحث عليها وهي عبارة عن بطاقة ملاحظة تتضمن (5) كفايات أساسية و(36) كفاية فرعية، لملاحظة مستوي توفر هذه الكفايات الأدائية اللازمة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال لتنمية الإبداع لأطفال الروضة، أثناء ممارستهن العمل بالروضة مع الأطفال، وتوصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج ومنها ما يلي: -توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوي الأداء لجميع الكفايات المتعلقة بفهم طبيعة الإبداع للطفل، وذلك لصالح البديل (عالي)، حيث جاءت قيم كا 2 دالة إحصائيا عند مستوي دلالة 0.01. –توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوي الأداء لجميع كفايات (تخطيط المواقف التعليمية وتنظيمها)، وذلك لصالح البديل (متوسط)، حيث جاءت قيم كا 2 دالة إحصائيا عند مستوي دلالة 0.01. –توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفايات الأداء (استخدام الاستراتيجيات اللازمة لتنمية الإبداع) لصالح البديل (متوسط)، حيث جاءت قيم كا 2 دالة إحصائيا عند مستوي دلالة 0.01 فيما عدا كفايات الأداء (20)، (21)، (23)، لصالح البديل (عالي). –يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع كفايات الأداء (تقديم الخبرات المتكاملة للأطفال)، وذلك لصالح البديل (متوسط) حيث جاءت كا 2 دالة إحصائيا عند مستوي دلالة 0.01. –توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفايات أداء (تقويم إبداعات الأطفال) لصالح البديل (متوسط) حيث جاءت قيم كا 2 دالة إحصائيا عند مستوي دلالة 0.01. –يوجد تأثير إيجابي لعدد سنوات الخبرة على كفايات الأداء لمعلمات رياض الأطفال اللازمة تنمية الإبداع لطفل الروضة.
The research aims to find a suggested scenario through which the necessary performance of kindergartens teachers to develop creativity in Kindergarten children can be improved, through a statement of the level of availability of the necessary performance competencies of the kindergarten teachers to develop creativity of the kindergarten children, and the effect of the kindergarten teachers 'years of experience. The research sample was random which consisted of (120) teachers at the level of Dakahlia governorate. The research was applied to them. It is observation card that includes (5) basic competencies and (36) secondary competencies, to note the level of availability of these necessary performance competencies of the kindergarten teachers to develop creativity of the kindergarten children during their work with the children .The research reached a number of results, including the following: -There are statistically significant differences in the level of performance of all competencies related to understanding the child creativity, for the altemative(high) where the values of chai 2 were statistically significant at the level of(00.01).- There were statistically significant differences in the level of performance of all competencies (planning and organizing educational positions),for the alternative, (average) where the values ofchai2 were statistically significant at the level of(00.01). -There were -There were statistically significant differences in the efficiency of performance (using the necessary strategies for the development of creativity), for the altemative (average), where the values of chai2 were statistically significant at the level of (00.01) except for performance competencies (20), (21) (23) they were (high). -There are statistically significant differences in all performance competencies (providing the integrated experiences for children), for the altemative (average) where the values of chai2were statistically significant at the level of (00;01). -There are statistically significant differences in performance competencies (children's creativity assessment) for the alternative (average) where the values of chai2were statistically significant at the level of (00.01). - There is a positive effect of years of experience on the necessary Performance competencies of the kindergarten teachers to develop Creativity of the kindergarten children.
