هدف البحث إلى تحديد أبعاد الكفايات اللازمة وتطوير قدرات ومهارات معلمة الروضة وتحويل الاهتمام إلى استخدام الطرق والوسائل والأساليب التي تنمى الإبداع، وقد اقتصر البحث الحالي على تحديد الكفايات الأدائية اللازمة للمعلمة لتنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى طفل الروضة، كما اقتصرت بطاقة الملاحظة على (٣٠) من الكفايات الأدائية اللازمة لمعلمة الروضة لتنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطفل. وتشمل العينة (60) من معلمات رياض الأطفال في الخدمة بالروضات الحكومية والأهلية بمدينة الرياض، وتضمنت الدراسة المقدمة الأهمية والهدف والمناهج والأدوات المستخدمة وحدود الدراسة ومصطلحاتها وكذلك الدراسات السابقة والإطار النظري. كما تعد الدراسات المسحية أسلوباً في البحث يتم من خلال جمع معلومات وبيانات عن ظاهرة ما، أو حادث ما، أو شيء ما، أو واقع ما، وذلك بقصد التعرف على الظاهرة التي ندرسها، وتحديد الوضع الحالي لها، والتعرف على جوانب القوة والضعف فيها من أجل معرفة مدى صلاحية هذا الوضع. أو مدى الحاجة لإحداث تغييرات جزئية أو أساسية (عبيدات، عدس، عبد الحق، ٢٠١٢) وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن نسبة توافر الكفايات الأدائية للمعلمات تقدير بنسبة 77.2%، وقد وجدت الباحثة أن جميع الارتباطات موجبة مما يدل على وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين المتغيرين: نوع المؤهل والكفايات الأدائية اللازمة لمعلمة رياض الأطفال، كما أن المتغيرات غير مستقلة مما يعنى أنها ذات تأثير على بعضها البعض، وقد انتهت الدراسة بالتوصيات والاقتراحات والتصور المقترح.
The research aims to determine the dimensions of the necessary competencies, to develop the capabilities and skills of kindergarten teacher, to shift the attention to the use different paths, means and methods which will develop the creativity. This research was limited to determine the necessary performance skills for the kindergarten teacher to develop a creative thinking skills among kindergarten children. The observation notes were limited to just (30) notes of the necessary performing skills for kindergarten teacher to develop a creative child's thinking skills. The sample include (60) kindergarten teachers at the governmental and privet sector in Riyadh city. The study include the important, objective, curriculum, used tools, study limitations and terminology, as well as previous studies and theoretical framework. the Survey is the method of the research done through collecting information and data on a phenomenal, an accidental, or the realistic of what the intention of identifying the phenomenon that we are studying and identifying the current situation. So we could know the strengths and weaknesses in order to determine the validity of this situation. Or the need to make a partial or fundamental changes (slaves, lentils, Abdul Haq, 2002) The results showed that the percentage of availability of skills performance for the teachers estimated at 77.2%, and the researcher has found that all the correlations are positive, which indicates the existence of a strong correlation between the two variables: The Educational Qualification and performance are necessary skills to kindergarten teacher. The variables are not independent, which means it is having an impact on each other. The study ended with recommendations and suggestions.
