ترمى هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح معايير جودة المدرسة الفعالة من حيث المفهوم، والمعايير، ونتائج تطبيق معايير الجودة، ثم أبانت نماذج لتطبيق مفهوم جودة المعايير في التعليم عموما والمدرسة الفعالة علي وجه الخصوص، وبما أن هذا البحث مكتبي فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على بعض الأدبيات التي تناولت تلك المضامين في المراجع المكتبية فضلا عن الشبكة العنكبوتية " الإنترنت" وقد خرجت الدراسة بالعديد من النتائج من أهمها: 1. بدأ مدخل المعايير يشكل حضورا في الساحة العالمية والعربية على حد سواء. 2. الاعتماد التربوي للمدرسة الفعالة عملية تقوم جودة المستوي التعليمي. 3. غياب المفهوم الإسلامي عند إقامة معايير الجودة في التعليم. 4. معايير جودة المدرسة الفعالة تعني وجود المدرسة التي تمتلك التميز والإتقان والجودة. 5. هناك معايير التقويم الشامل للمدرسة الفعالة وتشمل الأهداف، وتعليم الطلاب والهيئة التعليمية والمناهج، والدعم المؤسسي، والإدارة المالية ومجلس الإدارة المدرسية والعلاقات الخارجية، والتطوير الذاتي. 6. إذا التزمت المدرسة بمعايير لضبط الجودة فإنها ستمضي على هدي يؤدي إلي جودة المخرج. 7. هناك العديد من التجارب العالمية والإقليمية من معايير جودة التعليم والمدارس وحري بنا الإفادة منها قدر المستطاع وإخضاعها لثقافتنا وتراثنا الإسلامي. وأوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات من أهمها: - ضرورة تبني مفهوم الاعتماد والجودة والمعايير في كل مدخلات التعليم بصورة عامة. - تبني معايير تطور المدرسة الفعالية العالمية. - الإفادة من تجارب الدول في مجال معايير جودة التعليم في إيجاد المدرسة الفعالة. - ضرورة الأخذ في الاعتبار عند تبني مفاهيم معايير الجودة في التعليم أن يراعي دور الفكر التربوي الإسلامي في هذا المضمار.
The purpose of this study was to clarify the Quality standards of effective school in terms of concept, standards, and the results of the application of quality standards. The study also aimed to demonsrate models for the application of the concept of quality standards in education in general and effective school in particular This office research has Based this study on literature that dealt with this issue as well as references found on the Websites and Internet The study came out with many important results: these included. 1 - Standards had come to have a strong presence in the global arena and Arab World alike. 2- educational accreditation for effective School is a process based on quality educational level. 3 - Absence of the Islamic concept when establishing standards of quality in education. 4- Quality standards for effective school means a school that has excellence and perfection and quality. 5 - Comprehensive evaluation standards for an effective school cover the goals, students' instruction, the faculty. The curriculum, the institutional support, the financial management, the school administration external Relations, ana self-development. 6 - If the school has committed to set quality standards, it will follow guidance that leads to quality output. 7 - There are many global and regional experiences of applications of standards of quality education. We can benefit from them as much as possible after we subject them to our culture and our Islamic heritage. The study gave a number of recommendations including: - The need to adopt the concept of accreditation and quality and standards at all inputs to education in general. - The need to adopt comprehensive evaluation based on the criteria of the effective school. - Adopting standards that lead to the evolution of the global effective school. - Benefit from the experiences of other countries in the field of quality standards of education in creating effective school. - The need to take into account the concepts of quality standards in Islamic educational adopting such standard in education.
