المستخلص: استهدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف البرامج التدريبية التي تمارسها وزارة التربية والتعليم السودانية لتدريب معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في أثناء الخدمة ، كما استهدفت معرفة مدي علم المدربين بوزارة التربية والتعليم بالمفاهيم الحديثة للتدريب، وتعرف أبرز المعوقات التي تواجه تدريب معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بالسودان في أثناء الخدمة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمعها من القائمين علي أمر التدريب بوزارة التربية والتعليم السودانية، واختارت عينة قصدية من (19) شخصا أجريت معهم مقابلة وهم: مدير إدارة التدريب أثناء الخدمة بالوزارة الاتحادية، و (3) من المدربين المعتمدين بالوزارة الاتحادية من الخرطوم، بالإضافة لعدد (5) من المدربين الذين تم اعتمادهم من الوزارة الاتحادية ويدربون بولاياتهم، و (10) من مديري التدريب بوزارات التربية والتعليم بالولايات. وتوصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: أن وزارة التربية والتعليم الاتحادية تخطط لنشاط تدريبي مكثف في المجال التربوي، ومادة التخصص شمل محاور المنهج السوداني الخمسة لمرحلة التعليم الأساسي، وكذلك توصلت إلى أن القائمين علي أمر التدريب تلقوا دورات تدريبية منذ فترات طويلة فهم بحاجة إلى معرفة المفاهيم الحديثة . كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أبرز المعوقات التي تتمثل في ضعف تمويل التدريب، وعدم ملاءمة البيئة التدريبية لقيام دورات بطريقة علمية، بالإضافة لقلة المدربين المؤهلين علميا وفنيا للقيام بالتدريب لسد حاجة الولايات. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توحيد جهود وزارة التربية والتعليم الاتحادية مع إدارات التدريب بالولايات لسد عجز التدريب، وذلك من خلال إعداد مدربين تكون أعمارهم في حدود (40) سنة، كما أوصت بإنشاء أكاديمية مستقلة ماليا وإداريا تعمل على تمهين التدريب بالوزارة.

This study aimed to identify training programs carried out by the Ministry of Education in the Sudan to train teachers of basic education during their service. The study also aimed to find out to what extent are trainers at the Ministry of Education are familiar with modem concepts of training, and to identify the main obstacles that face teachers' training in basic education in Sudan. The study used a descriptive analytical approach, and its population is composed of officials in charge of training at the Ministry of Education in the Sudan. A sample of 19 subjects were purposively selected and interviewed. They were the: director of the in-service training program at the Federal Ministry. Furthermore, (3) accredited trainers at the Federal Ministry of Khartoum, (5) trainers who had been accredited by the Federal Ministry, and (10) of the managers of the Ministries of Education in the States were also interviewed. The study found a number of results, including: the Federal Ministry of Education is planning for intensive training in the field of education, and the subject of specialization. This training program includes the five axes of the Sudanese curriculum for basic education. It is also found that the trainers had received their training long time ago , and therefore , they need to know the concepts of Modem training. The study also reported that the main obstacles that faced training were the lack of enough funds , and the inadequacy of the environment for the establishment of training courses in a scientific way. All this in addition to the lack of technically qualified trainers to cater for needs of the states. The study stressed the need to unify the efforts of the Ministry of Education with the training departments of the Federal States to meet the training deficit, through the preparation of young trainers ( within the age limit of 40 years). Finally ,the study recommended the establishment of an Academy financially and administratively independent to work on professionalization of training in the Ministry. This study aims at identifying the training programmers carried out by the Sudanese Ministry of General Education, for in-service teachers in basic education, and the awareness of trainers in the field of the modem concepts of training, and to identify the main obstacles faced in-service teachers training in basic education in Sudan. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method. the population of the study is of those who are responsible of teacher training at the Ministry of Education in the Sudan, and interviewed a selective sample of (19) responsible of training at Sudanese Ministry of Education: The Director of in-service training at the Federal Ministry of Education , and three of the qualified trainers at the Federal Ministry of Education m Khartoum, In addition to five of the accredited from the Federal Ministry trainers who have been authorized to train in their States, and ten of the training managers in the Ministries of Education in the States. The study has come to certain results. Here are some of the most important ones : that the Federal Ministry of Education is planning to adopt intensive training activities in the educational field an specialization course that include the five axes of the Sudanese basic education curriculum, and also concluded that the staff who are responsible of the training in the Ministry are in need to know the modem training concepts. The study also found that the main obstacles in teacher training are the financial funding, the inadequate training environment to conduct training in a scientific approach, in addition to the lack of qualified trainers - scientifically and technically - to meet the training needs of the different States.The study recommended that the necessity of integrating efforts of the Federal Ministry of Education with the Training departments in the States to meet the shortage of teachers training in the States, and can be achieved through the preparation of (40) years old trainers, an recommended the establishment of a Financially and Administratively Independent Academy to professionalize training at the Ministry.
