الهدف من هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على مدخل المعايير في المناهج نشرا لهذه الثقافة في المجال التربوي، وعرضا لوثيقة المركز القومي للمناهج التي تبنت مدخل المعايير في المناهج، والوقوف على المعوقات التي تجابه المناهج المطورة والحلول لتلك المعوقات، اعتمدت الدراسة علي المراجع التي تناولت مفاهيم معايير جودة المناهج، ثم كان التركيز على عرض ميسر لوثيقة مناهج السودان. وتبنت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت الدراسة إليها ما يلي: أن حركة المعايير حركة عالمية ومدخل المعايير في المناهج من أحدث المداخل، وتبنت وثيقة مناهج السودان مدخل المعايير تطويرا للمناهج، المناهج المطورة والمتبنية مدخل المعايير والتي تجابها العديد من العقبات تحول دون تطبيقها بصورة مثلي، العقبات التي تجابه المناهج المطورة على مدخل المعايير من الإمكان تذليلها. كما أن الدراسة أوصت بتوصيات أهمها: نشر ثقافة المعايير ومدخلها في الأوساط السودانية عموما والأوساط التربوية خصوصا، تطوير المركز القومي للمناهج والبحث التربوي ببخت الرضا كما ونوعا إذ علية المرتكز في بناء وهندسة المناهج المطورة، الوضع في الحسبان تلك المحاذير والمعوقات التي وردت بالدراسة والتي تجابه المنهج.
This study aims at shedding light on the standards based approach in curricula, in order to spread this culture in the educational field, and to present the document of the National Center for curricula and Educational Research which has adopted the standards approach in designing the curricula programmers and to identify the obstacles which might confront the developed curricula and their solutions. The study relies on the references which have tackled the concepts of curricula quality assurance, then it focuses on giving a simplified presentation for die Sudan curricula document. The study adopts the descriptive method and among the main outcomes of the study are the following: (The standards movement is an international movement and the standards approach in curricula is one of the most current trends or approach. Bearing in mind that the Sudan curricula document has adopted the standards approach which will be confronted by various difficulties which might hinder its perfect implementation. But those obstacles which may face the developed curricula that are based on the standards approach are solvable.) Also, the main recommendations of the study include: (wide spreading of the standards culture and its approach among the Sudanese community in general and the educational populations in particular. Developing the National Center for curricula and Educational Research in Bakht- er - Ruda quantatively and qualitatively, for on it is the dependence in constructing and designing the developed curricula, while putting into consideration those warnings and obstacles which are shown in the study and expected to confront the curricula.
