المستخلص: هدف البحث الى الكشف عن معوقات تطبيق الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني في المرحلة الإعدادية بمحافظة سوهاج من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين. واوضح أهم الأسس التي يقوم عليها الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني ومعوقات تطبيقه. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 305 مشرفا بالمدارس الإعدادية محافظة سوهاج. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في إستبانة. وتم تطبيق أداة البحث على مجموعة البحث. وتوصلت النتائج الى انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية فيما يتعلق بعدد سنوات الخبرة في الدرجة الكلية وهي غير دالة إحصائيا. وعدم وجود فروق ظاهرية بين متوسطات استجابات المشرفين التربويين في كل محور من محاور الاستبانة تعزى الى متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة. وأوصى البحث بضرورة التوسع في دمج التكنولوجيا في العميلة التعليمية في جميع مراحلها وفى جميع جوانبها الإدارية والفنية. وضرورة تشجيع المشرفين التربويين والمعلمين على المشاركة في برامج التدريب الحاسوبي من خلال تقديم حوافز مادية ومعنوية للمشاركين. كما أوصى البحث بضرورة تدريب المعلمين على طريقة صياغة الأهداف السلوكية بأسلوب يمكنه من إنجازها بنجاح في ظل الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

The aim of the research is to uncover the obstacles of the implementation of the e-educational supervision in the preparatory stage in Sohag governorate from the point of view of the educational supervisors. It explained the most important foundations on which the supervision of the e-learning were put and the obstacles of its implementation. The research used the descriptive approach. The research group consisted of 305 supervisors in the preparatory schools of Sohag governorate. The research tool was in a questionnaire and was applied on the research group. The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences with respect to the number of years of the experience in the total score which is not statistically significant and the absence of apparent differences between the average responses of the educational supervisors in each axis of the questionnaire attributed to the variable number of years of the experience. The research recommended the need to expand the integration of the technology in the educational process at all stages and in all aspects ; administrative and technical. Also it is necessary to encourage the educational supervisors and teachers to participate in the computer training programs by providing material and moral incentives to the participants. The research also recommended the need to train teachers on the way to formulate behavioral goals in a manner that can be successfully completed under the supervision of the e-learning.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
