|a يتناول هذا البحث، الأوضاع السياسية والإدارية والاقتصادية، لملحقة تاقيطونت، الواقعة بأقصى الجهة الشمالية لدائرة سطيف، شمال الجزائر، سنة 1291ه/ 1875م، من خلال تقارير المكاتب العربية، الموجودة على مستوى" أرشيف ما وراء البحر" بمدينة "آكس أون بروفانس" في الجنوب الفرنسي، الذي أنشأته الدولة الفرنسية، لكي يحتضن الأرشيف المرحل من مستعمراتها السابقة. وهى عبارة عن تقارير شهرية، كان يعدها رئيس المكتب العربي بملحقة تاقيطونت، ويرسلها بانتظام إلى قائد مقاطعة قسنطينة، التي تتبعها الملحقة إداريا، مازالت في حالة جيدة، محررة بخط اليد، الذي يكون واضحا للغاية في بعض الأحيان، وصعبا على القراءة في أحيان أخري، خاصة بالنسبة لغير الملم بأنواع الخطوط في اللغة الفرنسية.

|b This research deals with the political, administrative and economic situation in the Takitount annex, in the north of Setif, Algeria in 1875. The study is based on the Arab bureau reports we can find at the Center for Overseas Archives in Aix-en- province in the South of France. This center was founded to lodge most of the archive of the French previous colonies. This archive consists of monthly reports prepared by the President of the Arab Bureau at the Takitount Annex and sent regularly to Constantine province commander. The reports were handwritten and clear. Yet. it is sometimes difficult to read some reports, especially for those who are not acquainted with the different writing styles of the French language.
