ترمي هذه الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على أساليب تطوير عناصر المناهج التربوية من خلال تطبيق مفهوم معايير الجودة الشاملة عند تصميم وبناء عناصر المناهج التعليمية كالفلسفة والأهداف والمحتوى والأنشطة ومصادر التعليم وطرائق التدريس والتقويم والبيئة التعليمية وذلك بهدف تحقيق مخرجات عالية الجودة والاعتماد ، كما اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لجمع المعلومات وتحليلها وتقويمها بغرض الإجابة على أسئلة البحث ومعالجة المشكلات بتطوير عناصر المنهج الأساسية وتحديد معايير ضبط الجودة والتحديات التي تجابه تحقيق الجودة ومعرفة الاستراتيجيات المقترحة للتطوير التربوي.
This study aims at throwing lights on methods of developing the elements of educational Curricula via application of concept of standards of total quality assurance, while constructing and designing the elements of the educational Curriculum: such as philosophy, goals, content, activities, educational resources, methods of teaching, evaluation and educational environment, in order to obtain high quality assurance outcomes and accreditation. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytic method for data gathering analysis and evaluation, intending to answer the study questions, and processing its problems by developing the fundamental curriculum elements, and specifying standards of quality control and the obstacles that hinder quality achievement and recognizing the proposed strategies of the educational development. Due to that, the study has achieved gross of findings, the following are the most significance ones: there are logical justifications and various changes which justify the significance of involving total quality assurance in Sudan's educational curricula. Moreover , standards become an important approach for developing the educational systems and obtaining total quality assurance ana there are some obstacles that hinder implementation of total quality assurance within curricula elements which require urgent facilitation and quick amendments. The study recommends the necessities of giving due care to training of teachers, supervisors and administrative staffs, plus the increasing of money expenses on such programmes for developing curricula projects and increasing expenditure on projects of curriculum development and evaluation. Meanwhile, the role of educational supervisors should be activated, and improving laws that organize education, and assessment and evaluation styles and giving due care to blend technology in education curricula in Sudan's general education.
