A proposal for Building Professional Values in the Students of The University of Tabuk Assistant Professor of Fundamentals of Education- University of Tabuk, Faculty of Education and Arts, Department of Education and Psychology This study aims at building a proposal for building professional values in the students of the University of Tabuk. The study seeks to classify the professional values that suit Tabuk university students. A field study has been conducted on a sample that amounted to (420) students to show the impact of university education on the acquisition of the professional values through the answers of first and fourth year students to the questionnaire items and then a proposal for developing professional values in the students has been built. The study has used the descriptive method because it suits its nature. After exploring the views of a number of specialists for the purpose of specifying the professional values suitable for Tabuk university students. Then a questionnaire has been formulated on a number of behavioral attitudes, which was presented to referees. It included (96) attitudes that represent (32) professional values, at the rate of (3) attitudes for each value to achieve the study objectives. The study results have shown that there are statistically significant differences between the first and fourth year students in (9) values at the level of 0.01 in favor of fourth year students and (7) values at the level of 0.05 The role of the university seems to be limited in instilling (15) values, and the university negatively impacts the value of intellectual courage. This led the study to build a proposal to achieve the study objective.
هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء تصور مقترح لبناء القيم المهنية لدى طلاب جامعة تبوك، حيث سعت إلى تصنيف القيم المهنية المناسبة لطلاب جامعة تبوك، ثم إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة مقدارها (٤٢٠) طالبا من كلية التربية والآداب بجامعة تبوك لبيان أثر دراسة الطلاب في إكسابهم قيم المهنة من خلال إجابة طلاب السنة الأولى والرابعة لفقرات الاستبانة ومن ثم بناء تصور مقترح لتنمية القيم المهنية لدى طلاب جامعة تبوك. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وذلك لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة، بعد استطلاع آراء نخبة من المختصين بقصد تحديد القيم المهنية المناسبة لطلاب جامعة تبوك ثم بناء استبانة وصياغتها على هيئة مواقف سلوكية، وبعد عرضها على السادة المحكمين اشتملت على (96) موقفاً تمثل (32) قيمة مهنية بواقع (3) مواقف لكل قيمة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طلاب السنة الأولى والرابعة في تسع قيم عند مستوى 0.01 لصالح السنة الرابعة، وسبع قيم عند مستوى 0.05 وبدأ دور الجامعة محدوداً في غرس خمس عشرة قيمة مهنية، ويؤثر دور جامعة تبوك سلبياً في غرس قيمة الشجاعة الفكرية، مما حدا بالبحث لبنا التصور المقترح لتحقيق هدف البحث.
