|b A contemporary vision in the course of the Iraqi-Iranian relations 1938. There is no doubt that the iraqi- iranian relations have been described in most of its periods as strained. stained with caution, anticipation and mutual mistrust, especially after establishing the modern iraqi state on April/ 23/ 1921 and this matter has its own political, economic and social justifications, but the notable thing is that this offer in relations was governed by regional and international circumstances and factors, although there are ideological and religious participations and family overlap between the peoples of the two countries. The research is divided into two: 1- the first research was titled (Abed Karim Kassem’s biography and factors of social, professional and political self-building). 2- the second research, addressing the theme of Abdel Karim Kassem’s vision of political and cultural relations with Iran (1958-1963). According to the documents provided by the Iranian intelligence and iraqi documents.
