عنوان الدراسة: دور مراكز رعاية الموهوبين في تنمية قيم المواطنة من وجهة نظر القائمين عليها في المملكة العربية السعودية، وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع دور مراكز رعاية الموهوبين في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلابها من وجهة نظر القائمين عليها، والكشف عن المعوقات التي تحد من دورها وبيان الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع دور مراكز رعاية الموهوبين في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلابها وفقا لمتغير (العمل الحالي-سنوات الخبرة-المؤهل-الدورات التدريبية في مجال رعاية الموهبين)، والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المعوقات التي تحد من دور مراكز رعاية الموهوبين في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلابها وفقا لمتغير (العمل الحالي-سنوات الخبرة-المؤهل-الدورات التدريبية في مجال رعاية الموهبين)، وبيان المقترحات التي يمكن من خلالها تفعيل دور مراكز رعاية الموهوبين في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلابها من وجهة نظر القائمين عليها. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع القائمين والعاملين بمراكز رعاية الموهوبين التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1-أن هناك اتفاقا بين أفراد عينة الدراسة على أن مراكز رعاية الموهوبين تقوم بدور كبير في تنمية قيم المواطنة في مجال الانتماء الوطني وفي مجال المساواة والتعددية وفي مجال المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى طلابها. 2-أن هناك اتفاقا بين أفراد عينة الدراسة على المعوقات التي تحد من دور مراكز رعاية الموهوبين في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلابها الموهوبين، ومن أهم تلك المعوقات قلة الإمكانات المادية لإقامة برامج وطنية، وقلة الحوافز التشجيعية للمشاركات في الأنشطة الوطنية، وكثرة المتطلبات والأعمال المكلف بها الهيئات التعليمية في المركز، وعدم وجود خطة تنفيذية لغرس قيم المواطنة. 3-لا توجد هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو واقع دور مراكز رعاية الموهوبين في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلابها باختلاف متغيرات (العمل الحالي-سنوات الخبرة-المؤهل-الدورات التدريبية في مجال رعاية الموهوبين). 4-لا توجد هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو المعوقات التي تحد من دور مراكز رعاية الموهوبين في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلابها باختلاف متغيرات (العمل الحالي-سنوات الخبرة-المؤهل-الدورات التدريبية في مجال رعاية الموهوبين). 5-أن هناك اتفاقا بين أفراد عينة الدراسة على المقترحات التي يمكن من خلالها تفعيل دور مراكز رعاية الموهوبين في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلابها الموهوبين، ومن أهم تلك المقترحات توظيف التقنيات الحديثة في غرس قيم المواطنة، وتنظيم الرحلات والزيارات العلمية للتعرف على منجزات الوطن، وتفعيل الشراكة مع المؤسسات الوطنية المختلفة بهدف تنمية قيم المواطنة.
Study Title: The Role Centers Gifted in the development of the values of citizenship from the perspective of those who made it in Saudi Arabia. The study aimed to identify the reality of the role of the centers of the Gifted in the development of the values of citizenship among its students from the viewpoint of those who made it, and the detection of obstacles that limit the role and the statement of the differences of statistical significance between the responses of the sample of the study on the reality of the role of the centers of the Gifted in the development of the values of citizenship students according to the variable (the current work - years of experience - Qualification - training courses in the field of the Gifted), and to identify the differences of statistical significance between the responses of a sample study on obstacles that limit the role of the centers of the Gifted in the development of the values of citizenship among its students, according to a variable (work Current - Years of Experience - Qualification - training courses in the field of the Gifted) and the statement of proposals which they can activate the role of the Gifted centers in the development of the values of citizenship among its students from the viewpoint of those who made it \ The study used descriptive survey, the study population consisted of all those workers and Gifted centers affiliated to the Ministry of Education, and the study found the following results: 1-that there is agreement among the members of the study sample to the Centers Gifted play a major role in the development of the values of citizenship in the field of national belonging in the area of equality and pluralism in the area of social responsibility among students. 2-that there is agreement among the members of the study sample on the obstacles that limit the role of the centers of the Gifted in the development of the values of citizenship among students, gifted, and most important of these obstacles the lack of material resources for the establishment of national programs, and the lack of incentives for posts in national activities, and the large number of requirements and business entrusted to educational bodies in the center, and the lack of an operational plan to instill the values of citizenship. 3-There are no statistically significant differences between the mean responses of the sample of the study about the reality of the role of the centers of the Gifted in the development of the values of citizenship among students in different variables (current work, years of experience, qualification, training courses in the field of the Gifted). 4-There are no statistically significant differences between the mean responses of the study sample some obstacles that limit the role of the centers of the Gifted in the development of the values of citizenship among students in different variables (current work, years of experience, qualification, training courses in the field of the Gifted). 5-that there is agreement among the members of the study sample to the proposals which they can activate the role of the centers of the Gifted in the development of the values of citizenship among students, gifted, and most important of these proposals employ modern techniques to instill the values of citizenship, and organize trips and scientific visits to learn about the achievements of the nation, and to activate partnership with various national institutions in order to develop the values of citizenship. \
