|a يتطرق البحث إلى ذكر المعايير العلمية والأسس التعليمية التي ينبغي أن تراعى عند تصميم المواقع الإلكترونية التعليمية، ويستعرض ما تقدمه بعض المواقع الإلكترونية لمتعلمي اللغة العربية من غير أهلها، ثم يبين أن معالجة أوجه القصور في مواقع تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها وزيادة فاعليتها يمكن أن تتم بالاهتمام عند تصميمها وبناء محتواها العلمي بثلاثة أسس: اعتماد مرجعية معرفية للمحتوى العلمي، والمعرفة التطبيقية التي تمكن من المزج بين المبادئ النظرية التعليمية والقواعد التقنية التطبيقية، والبناء التفاعلي الذي يحقق التواصل ويشجع التفاعل ويعنى بتعزيز التعلم الانفرادي أو الذاتي.

|d La recherche discute des normes scientifiques et des bases éducatives qui devraient être prises en compte dans la conception de sites Web éducatifs. Il fait valoir que pour remédier aux insuffisances et accroître l'efficacité des sites d'enseignement de l'arabe aux locuteurs non natifs, une attention particulière devrait être accordée à trois principes de base lors de la conception et de la construction du contenu scientifique des sites Web: (b) disposer des connaissances appliquées, qui permettent le mélange de principes théoriques et pédagogiques et de règles techniques appliquées, et (c) utiliser des caractéristiques interactives qui favorisent la communication, l'interaction et l'unilatéralisme ou l'autoorganisation. apprentissage.

|b The research discusses the scientific standards and educational bases which should be taken into account in the design of educational websites. It argues that in order to address the deficiencies and increase the effectiveness of the sites of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, a special attention should be given to three basic principles when designing and building the scientific content of the websites:(a) the adoption of a knowledge reference framework for the scientific content, (b) having the applied knowledge, which enables the mixing of theoretical and educational principles and applied technical rules, and (c) using interactive features which promote communication, interaction and unilateral or self-learning.
