المستخلص: introduction: The citizenship of the issues that do not expire at the end of certain time period, and imposes itself when you start to study any branch of human development, in particular, development and change in general, and therefore we find citizenship received great attention at all legislative levels and educational schematic, we find that the Constitution of each state It must include legislation to citizens' rights and duties, and here shows the educational role represented in the various socialization institutions should seek to instill citizenship values, practices and behaviors among young people and among young people in order to achieve full national integration without exclusion or marginalization spectrum of shades of society. Problem of the study: Study the problem can be formulated in the following main question: • Visions students parameters and dimensions of the meaning of citizenship? • What is the meaning of citizenship and what the most important variables affecting the dimensions? • What visions of female teachers dimensions of citizenship (identity- of belonging- pluralism and acceptance of the other political Participate freely)? • Are the students insights parameters vary depending on the dimensions of citizenship, residence and source of political culture? Objectives of the study: The study seeks to achieve the following objectives: 1) Theoretical study and look at the relevant literature to the concept of citizenship. 2) Stand on the various dimensions of citizenship. 3) Identify the most important contemporary variables that affected the concept of citizenship. 4) Identify the nature of the visions of female teachers dimensions of citizenship (identity- of belonging- pluralism- freedom of political participation). 5) Identify the differences between the visions of the students parameters depending on the dimensions of citizenship variable Place of residence, source of political culture the importance of studying The importance of the study of the nature of the subject matter of the study, which is the citizenship of the same political and social dimensions of the issues that develop the individual’s awareness of rights and duties and consideration for the other, especially that we are currently suffering from a deficiency of this side when our young people is reflected in their behavior towards each other and towards their faculties Study Approach: The study uses descriptive analytical method to analyze the relevant literature and monitor the most important contemporary variables that affected the citizenship. Study Tool: Scale consisting of (51) is finalized (negative and positive) spread over the proposed four dimensions of citizenship (identity- of belonging- pluralism and acceptance of others- and political participation) The study sample: The study was conducted on a random sample of 310 college students from kindergarten Alexandria University. The product: • There is a significant increase in the awareness of students and their sense of identity • There is a marked increase in the degree of affiliation of students parameters (sample) to the homeland • That there is an apparent contradiction in the nature of consciousness of students parameters " sample " and perceptions of intellectual pluralism and openness to others
