المستخلص: هدف البحث معرفة درجة ممارسة القائد التربوي لعمليات إدارة المعرفة بالمدارس الثانوية بمحافظة ينبع وعلاقته باتخاذ القرارات الإدارية،
وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، واعتمد على الاستبانة كأداة للبحث، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة الحالية من جميع وكلاء مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة ينيع،
وبلغ عدد المدارس (١٧) مدرسة، وعدد الوكلاء بها (٣٧) وكيلا، ونظرا لصغر حجم مجتمع الدراسة فقد قام الباحث بإجراء مسح شامل لجميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة،
وطبقت أداة الدراسة على جميع أفراد المجتمع، وتوصل الباحث لأبرز النتائج التالية: درجة ممارسة قادة المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة ينبع كانت عالية وبمتوسط بلغ ٣.٨٨، كما حصلت فاعلية قادة المدارس في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية على درجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ ٤.١٠،
كما حصلت جميع قيم معاملات الارتباط بين أبعاد محور ممارسة القادة التربويين لعمليات إدارة المعرفة وكذلك الدرجة الكلية لها، (كمتغيرات مستقلة) وإبعاد محور العمليات المرتبطة باتخاذ القرارات الإدارية (كمتغيرات تابعة)، على درجة موجبة ودالة عند مستوى دلالة (0.01)، مما يدل على أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين المتغيرين، كما بينت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء مجتمع الدراسة نحو جميع أبعاد محور العمليات المرتبطة بإدارة المعرفة والدرجة الكلية،
وكذلك جميع أبعاد محور العمليات المرتبطة باتخاذ القرارات الإدارية والدرجة الكلية له تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (عدد سنوات الخبرة. المؤهل، البرامج التدريبية في مجال القيادة أو الإدارة المدرسية)

The goal of the research is to know the degree of practice of the educational leader of knowledge management processes in secondary schools in Yanbu governorate and its relationship with administrative decisions
The researcher used the descriptive method and relied on the questionnaire as a research tool. The current study community is made up of all secondary school agents in Yanbu province, which reached 17 schools and 37 agents. In view of the small size of the study community, the researcher conducted a comprehensive survey of all members of the study community. The study tool was applied to all members of the community, and the researcher reached the following main findings:
The degree of practice of high school leaders in Yanbu governorate was high with an average of 3.88, and the effectiveness of school leaders in making administrative decisions was high at an average of 4.10. All values of coefficients of correlation between the dimensions of the exercise of knowledge management by educational leaders as well as the overall degree of knowledge management processes (as independent variables) and the removal of the axis of processes associated with administrative decision-making (as dependent variables), on a positive score and a function at a signifying level (0.01), which indicates that there is a positive correlation between the two variables,
The study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the views of the study community towards all dimensions of the axis of operations related to knowledge management and the comprehensive degree. Also, all dimensions of the axis of operations associated with administrative decision-making and the overall degree of it are attributed to the study variables (number of years of experience, Qualification, training programmes in the field of leadership or school management)
