المستخلص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال التعليمية (tice) في الجامعة من وجهة نظر الأستاذة الجامعيين ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة متكونة من "140" أستاذ من خمسة أقسام بجامعة أم البواقي – الجزائر- خلال السنة الجامعية 2015-2016 مستخدمين الاستمارة كأداة للدراسة متآلفة من ثلاثة محاور. وأسفرت المعالجة الإحصائية على نتائج التالية:
- يتقن الفرد الدراسة تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال التعليمية بدرجة مقبولة.
- يستخدم الفرد الدراسة برامج تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال التعليمية في تدريس الطلبة بدرجة أقل من المتوسط.
- أفراد الدراسة يعانون من صعوبات تقف في وجه استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال التعليمية في التعليم الجامعي.

La présente étude cherche à revéler la réalité de l’utilisation des technologies de l’information et de la communication pour l’enseignement (tice) au sein de l’université, et de point de vue des enseignants à l’université. Et pour en arriver nous avons appuyé dans notre recherche sur une démarche descriptive analytique appliqué sur un échantillonnage constitué de 140 enseignants appartenant à cinq départements de l’université d ‘oumelbouaghi –Algérie- Durant l’année universitaire 2015-2016, en utilisant un formulaire qui se compose de trois parties.
Le traitement statistique nous mène aux résultants suivants:
- Les individus de notre échantillonnage maitrisent l’utilisation des TICE d’un degré acceptable.
- Ces individus utilisent les programmes des TICE pour enseigner les étudiants d’un degré moins de la moyenne.
- Les individus de notre étude souffrent des difficultés entravant l’utilisation des TICE dans l’enseignement supérieur.

This study seeks to reveal the reality of the use of the information technology and the educational communication (tice) in the university, from the point of view of the university professors. In order to achieve this, the analytical descriptive approach was used on a sample of 140 professors from five departments at the University of Umm Al-Bouaqi, Algeria, during the academic year 2015. 2016. This was done by using the questionnaire as a tool of the study, which consists of three axes. The statistical processing concluded the following results:
- The individual masters the study of the information technology and the educational communication at an acceptable level.
- The individual uses the information and communication technology programs in teaching the students to a lower than average level.
- The members of the study suffer from difficulties facing the use of the information technology and the educational communication in the university education.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
