The questions are: are all the employees classified as international officials, Does the host state give instructions and guidance for international official, Or being worked on behalf of the organization and with independence and privileges and immunities necessary to be able to carry out his duties in the optimal way What are the sources of the legal rules governing the immunities and privileges of the international civil servant, all international staff in all categories will have the same immunities and privileges, or the extent of immunities and privileges varies according to categories of international staff, What will happen if the official abused the use of international immunities and privileges, What will happen if the employee has committed an international crime of the international jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, We will try to give the answer to all of these questions through the following sections: First section: Legal rules governing the immunities and privileges of international official.
